We visited this place in Feb.. our ferry Costal cruise got cancelled and Makruzz reached the destination Neil Island very late ... hence we were taken directly from port to Natural bridge. This place is supposed to be seen during low tide.
From the car park... we had to take a easy trek.. up the hill .. through some small shops selling gifts and souvenirs.. juice n snacks... We hired a guide for INR 300 (We were 4 of us). And then we had to start walkin on thick dead corals ... it wasn't difficult!!! I had 2 old woman with me they also comfortably walked ...
On the way guide kept breifing abt the corals, plantation surrounding the beach... he showed some live star fish, magic mushrooms, live sea cucumbers... we spent more than 1.5 hrs in the scotchin hot sun... we climbed up the bridge as much we good.
Overall it was nice and thats the only must visit in Neil.
We did visit Laxmanpur beach for sunset and Bharatpur beach.. it was average.

This is a must visit attraction in the small and cute Neil Island. One side of beach is very rocky in low tide and u need to walk like 200m to get some swim depth water. Othe side you can see the sunset. This is one very long beach for walk and is about 2 km from jetty. Awesome pakoras, tea, maggi, jhalmuri n snacks are available at the stalls on the beach. It can be really crowded at sunset. Ample parking space is available.

Sea water at this beach is very calm and you can enjoy a very good swim here. All the glass boats also take you from this beach. This beach is visible when you land at Neil jetty from Havelock. The tour operators of glass boats don't give up on you even if you say no. But they were not nosy. I understand tourism is one of the prime way of earning in such island. People were good and gave us heavy discount since that was their last boat for the day and few other tips of the island.

One must visit around 3.45 AM to see Sunrise at Sitapur beach.
Many travellers visit this beach during sunrise so road is populated to beach. Also there are many local houses on way to beach so it is safe to travel to this beach during sunrise.
you can try coffee at Sunrise point.

I completed my Open Water with Johann, Navneeth and the team (and then did some further dives as I enjoyed it that much)! I had a great experience and found everyone really friendly, professional, and approachable. It was just really enjoyable being on the boat and diving with the team. We were the only people at the dive sites and the small number of people on the boat meant that we got a lot of input from the team. I would highly recommend India Scuba Explorers if you are looking for an excellent and fun scuba experience in the Andamans. Navneeth's banana bread is a winner too.

Unlike port blair no need to come before an hour for security check. Mostly on time and you deposit your luggage at one point and join the Q to board your ferry

The Ram Nagar Beach stretches all over Ram Nagar village which is easily accessible from our resort. This beach is definitely a sight as the beach bay creates a lovely imagery with its clear blue water of the calm sea and the sands. The beach is secluded and offers a lot of privacy.
Less famous than his brothers Bharat (pur) and Lakhsman (pur) and wife Sita (pur) Beaches, Ram Nagar beach is more to do with the nearby resorts than being an idyllic beach setting for the casual visitor.
So, most visitors are those staying in the adjoining resorts for whom this one is a perfect avenue for a post breakfast stroll.
