Had several lunches here during our stay and was never disappointed.
Food was excellent, especially the Greek salads, wine was cheap as was the ice cold beer!!
The bar is right at the waterfront so makes for a beautiful setting with Zante in the distance.
The family work very hard to maintain their high standards.

This is the most perfect way to spend a day. Starting with breakfast on board the boat this day includes bringing the fishing nets in and helping to unload the fish if you like or just take photos if you prefer. Then some swim stops in crystal clear water to deserted Beaches and to cover ourselves with the natural clay. You are made to feel so welcome and the lovely Effi cooks the fish and serves it with a delicious salad, potatoes, bread and wine. There are plenty of drinks in a cool box throughout the day. This is a day everyone, young or old would enjoy it was truly perfect. Many happy memories made here.

It's perfectly OK but there are much better Beaches elsewhere on the island. Don't be put of by the road down to the beach which seems very touristy. On the other hand I would agree with the description I have seen elsewhere that it's a sleepy fishing village.

Dave the owner is superb from the moment you speak to him you know you are in safe hands,we've hired a few times from him and on one occasion I forgot my driving licence but he managed to get it out to me through this father in law as he was coming out to the island. Top place top man ,cheers

We have been going to Katelios for many years and this has always been our favourite bar for after dinner drinks. Set on the corner of the village by the beach this is a lovely place to sit with a drink on a warm evening. Alexis is brilliant and the bar always looks great. Alexis makes little changes every season and he does a great job. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited this sandy beach one early evening just by walking over the rocky headland from Katelios. We had hoped to see some nesting Turtles but we were unlucky. There are some areas cordoned off, quite rightly but the beach itself is beautiful, restful and has good views over the sea to Zante. For those who like peace and quiet as well as the joys of nature, this is the place to be.

Visited Aliti's many times during holidays in Katelios, always a warm friendly greeting from owner. Conversation flows between the customers and Sharon the owner, we have made several friends during visits to this bar that we keep in touch with. Very clean loos, always a plus!! The weekly fun quiz is what it says FUN, run by a local lady for KATS animal charity who feed and arrange neutering for strays during the winter.
Will be in there for a Madras (cocktail) or 2 next year
