Wow! Wow! Again I came here with my son who uses a walker and has sight and balance issues. The staff here, owners included could not have been more accommodating.
This adventure might seem a little bit scary but in my opinion it's something that you need to do at least once in your life.
We also added the extra GoPro video and I feel that that was well worth it. A nice keepsake.
Thanks to all the staff for a fun time and taking such good care of my son.

As others stated, very little water was present while we were there but it was still impressive to see the large rocks. The brochure indicated there was access to the gorge behind the Visitor Center. The Visitor Center was already closed when we arrived & I sure didn't see any steps to the gorge. My husband later said he had seen them by the bridge; obviously he didn't care to trek down :). I think it makes for a good stop - look for the steps by the bridge.

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Went ziplining on both courses with my adventurous 6 year old daughter. Guide was awesome and helped her through it. Was an absolute blast! Zip/ropes courses are very long and beautiful, and an extraordinary value for what you pay. You do need to be in reasonable shape to do this, as the courses are more than just ziplining, with numerous ladders and Bridges too. Course was very well designed, weaving through the trees and over the gorge several times. I really can't imagine a more fun experience if this thing is your cup of tea!

This is an impressive new showcase for about 20 local artisans displaying fine craft and art in an historic building just off the main drag (Broadway) and not far from the Falls. Purchases are tax-free as the gallery operates as a co-op and it is staffed by the artists themselves. Acanthus also offers art and craft classes and serves a fine cup of tea. In short: irresistible and well worth a visit!
BTW, even though the very nice woman working there explained what an acanthus is and showed me a sample, I still had to look it up. "A common plant in southern Europe whose stylized leaves form the characteristic decoration on Corinthian capitals and, commonly, wooden furniture. Acanthus symbolizes immortality in Mediterranean countries."

Club D is located in central Grand Falls and has a great view of Broadway Blvd. They have fast food like pork bites, buffalo chicken bites, breaded dill pickles, fries, taters, chicken fingers, and onion rings to mention a few. They are a full service bar with 3 beer on Tap..Coors, Canadian and Belgian Moon. Stop and say Hi to Sam or Tannis the owners as they are always close by to make sure your visit is awesome...
