It's easy to find, just follow Waze or google map. parking is a bit tricky but still manageable. Entrance fee is P200 per person and they do give discounts for students and seniors. place is very relaxing and lot's of interesting art pieces indoor and outdoor. We find it as one of the best museum in the country. And if you get tired from walking around, they have a very nice cafe that serves good food at reasonable price. My husband and I are very picky with food. But this place really serves tasty dishes. I highly recommend this place. We are planning to come back soon, even just to relax and have lunch at the cafe.

SM Supermalls are the go-to places for folks who just want to relax, especially during the summer season. There are now quite a number of them, but recently, we've had the chance to visit SM City Taytay along Manila East Road.
As someone who loves strolling in malls, I'd expect SM City Taytay to be much like other SM Cities. But I'd also expect it to have an identity of its own.
It's already considered a province but it's not that difficult to get there. It's along Manila East Road, which is east from Tikling roundabout. From Ortigas Avenue Ext., turn right. If you go straight up, you'll end up in Antipolo. You won't miss it. SM City Taytay has two buildings, one on each side of the road.
If you have a car, there are lots of parking spaces by the two buildings. There's also less traffic as compared to Metro Manila. Commuting isn't a problem as well since most of the buses along Ortigas avenue pass through SM City Taytay. You can also take Jeepneys that go to Taytay or further into Rizal. Going back to Metro Manila is easy. There's a terminal on the east building where you can ride jeepneys, buses, cabs and possibly UVs.
As for the mall itself, as you can see from the pictures, it's much like any other SM Supermall. It isn't as big as SM Megamall or MOA, but it's big enough for you to stroll for a few hours. There's a department store, supermarket, cinema and a food court.
As I had mentioned, SM City Taytay has two buildings. Don't worry though, there's a bridgeway so you won't have to risk crossing the highway.
There are lots of shops you commonly find in Metro Manila malls and there's plenty of restaurants, fast food and food stalls to satisfy your hunger. Although, expect a lot of people to come here. We went on a Monday mid-afternoon and the place was almost packed. I can't imagine how the place looks like during peak weekends.
As for my expectation that SM City Taytay is unique, in some aspects, it is. The bridgeway and the two buildings on both sides of the street. But on the inside is the heart of an SM mall. It's just like any other SM City, but again, not as big as or as better compared to the likes of North Edsa or MOA.
How about to other malls near the area? It's much better than most of the malls near or around the Rizal province area. It's also comparable to the bigger malls in Cainta/Pasig/Marikina areas such as RObinson's Metro East, SM City Masinag, SM City Marikina and Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, although not better.
All in all, SM City Taytay is what you'd expect it to be, an SM Mall. Nothing that special though. It's the biggest one in the area and possibly the best mall if you're from the area or farther to the east. Nonetheless, it's still a good place to hang out with your family and friends. It's a great place to beat the summer heat too. Your decision may mostly depend on your preference and location.

We went here with my family last January 2018 since we all need a spa treatment but we opted for hydrotherapy this time. The staffs were all helpful and accommodating. We have tried all the amenities and boy it was all worth the money.
The water in all amenities were lukewarm. Me and my son loved the Lazy River where we just float on the foam while cruising the "river"
There are instructions for you to read. It includes the time for each area so you won't get muscle sore if exceeded.
Also tried their Sauna and Hot Herbal pools. It was all relaxing.
Some people talk loud but you can not hear them too much because of the sound of the water machine and the water too.
They are strict with proper attire so please double check their website for more info. They also offer swimwear rentals. We rented a trunks for my brother for Php 200.00
To sum it all up, it is must visit hydrotherapy massage spa for me and my family. You should try it too.

I have visited few times in Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. There are many walls of drawings, where is possible to see and learn, what happened during the war. The walls are also full of soldiers names, who died in the war. Place is also very beautiful and worth of visit.

The perfect place for bargain shopping. You can shop for shoes, clothes, toys, and even car accessories and electronics!
Visit Virra Mall where they have all these stalls that sell Philippine pearls! They sell a lot of fake, copies, replicas of designer merchandise including clothes, shoes, bags, watches, sunglasses....in my own opinion, I do not think they are worth it. Usually, the watches break after a few months of use....the quality of the shoes, bags and clothes are never that great. Try to bring a local person to negotiate for you. Try to always offer half the price of their stated price and negotiate upwards from there.

Planned to visit Church on my rest day and since I wanted to go far from my place, I visited Antipolo Church. Unfortunately there's maintenance team fixing lights and chairs while I'm praying and it was too noisy when they are making"pukpok" the chairs. Anyways, I feel blessed after I pray. And I will surely plan to go here again in the future. ❤

There's a wide range of pool leisure and recreation to choose from ... from kiddie pools to ocean waves to kayaking or simply stretching out or sipping drinks at the poolsides, Club Manila Wast is easily accessible from anywhere in Metro Manila. Accommodation and food are easily available, too, with the operation of affordable food chains inside the complex. You can actually enjoy all the amenities to your heart's content, or just sit back and relax ... it's your choice. The place is just so awesome and worth the time and effort enjoy.

Entertainment location in an Singapore-ish environment. Many high-end hotel brands are here, amongst a huge residential community. Bonifacio High Street and Market Market are the centre of it all. Some secret bars (entrance within a convenience store) and disco hangouts here too.

A really good attraction for kids and kids at heart (aka adults like me HAHAHA). A sight to behold is their lights and shadow show that gave world class performance of how lights and shadows are used to create an artform!! Superb! Take your kids with you, and Enjoy!!!
