Budget Tour & Transport Service Hi I'm Ary Antonius lived in Surabaya & Yogyakarta ... I'm work in Tourism, love to make friendships all over the world. let us know if you need information about Yogyakarta, Bromo, Ijen / Banyuwangi tour & travel and other planning, we want to make your day easier.Whatever your budget, we will set it up, we are very flexible for it.
ARY was one of few people who thoroughly read my emails regarding Bromo tour and answered all of my questions. The price he offered was also very competitive.
We decided to do the tour to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura waterfall with his company including transfers from and to Surabaya (2 days in total).
I would say Ary and his team are very professional and their service is exceptional. When we arrived, Ary gave us the confirmation in paper and allowed us to check all the details/agreements again before starting the tour. The car we got was in a good condition and had wifi. They also provided bottles of mineral water in the car for the whole 2 days.
Although the weather was so bad that we could see neither Mount Bromo from the viewpoint nor inside the Bromo Crater, we were quite happy with the tour.
TONO, who was our driver for 2 days, was really friendly, kind, polite, always on time and had a great driving skill. HEN/HARRY, our Bromo guide, and KUNANG, our jeep driver at Bromo, were also really nice, kind and skilled. They took A LOT of photos for us without having to ask. They also took a really good care of us during the tour, which was very impressive.
It was beyond our expectation and I will definitely use their service again!

Provides-Handling-Concern Transportation for Private-Single-Independent-Backpacker-Group Traveler from Surabaya-Malang-Yogyakarta-Bali to Mount Bromo-Ijen Crater Tour. Available for Customized Trip-Sharing-Shuttle-Meter Service.
I have been corresponding with Mr. Alfan since 9 months ago via WhatsApp, and he has always been polite, responsive and helpful with information and tips. His pricing was very good too.
On the day of, he was already at the airport waiting for us. Out driver was Pak Sulis; he was soft spoken, polite, and reliable. We felt safe with him.
When we got to Ijen, Mr. Alfan already arranged a guide to hike with us for sunset. His name was Koni; had it not been for him, we wouldn't have been able to get into Ijen, because Patulding Post was already closed at the time. I wish I could write a separate glowing review for Koni.
I know without a doubt that we will use Blessing Transport again in the future when we come back, and I highly recommend Mr. Alfan and his team.

Went there and saw this beautiful symbolic monument that told the story of Sidoarjo. A must stop over for tourists who would like to have a picture taken. Located at Alun alun, the children could run around the area freely and some kids play their Pokemon games. At night the place is romantic with couples and friends hanging out to enjoy outdoor views and had their picnic. Definitely a must visit place!

Candi Pari is a bit of a mystery. Even though it is located within easy striking distance of Surabaya, Indonesia's second city, you will not find it in any of the guide books and nor does it appear in most books which are devoted to the temples of Java. It is as if everyone has forgotten it ever existed.
Dating from the Majapahit kingdom's early days in the 14th century, it was built by Hayam Wuruk, one of ancient Java's most celebrated rulers. Today it is situated in the crowded little village of Porong, which is surrounded by sugar cane plantations and is swelteringly hot. No one in Sidoarjo seems to have heard of this place either, so we had quite a hard time locating it. You should probably come with someone who speaks Indonesian, as it is difficult to locate even with some of the language.
When you get here, you will find a large, squat red-brick temple which reminded us of a Champa tower from Central Vietnam. This link is not as fanciful as it seems. There are Cham graves in this area and history tells us that some Javanese princes and kings married Cham women. There isn't much sculpture or carving here, but the main pleasure is in seeing a rarely viewed temple that has kept a very low profile, even compared to other East Javanese temples.

Bromo Ijen tourist friends is a company engaged in the business travel bureau that serves various tourist destinations both within and outside the country for individuals, goup and incentive tour. In conducting its business, Bromo Ijen Tourist Friends is obliged to organize efforts in tourism to promote tourism in East Java and other areas throughout Indonesia in general, especially MOUNTAIN BROMO AND KAWAH IJEN.
I was traveling solo, first time in Indonesia. My guide Fandy made my bromo ijen trip very comfortable and enjoying. I didn't have to worry about anything, everything were done perfectly and just in time. Tour price included all transportation, accomodation and entrance fees, and it was really convinient for me. I knew exactly the whole price right away before the trip, so I could plan my further expences. During our trip Fandy told me a lot of interesting facts and stories about the country and the region... and of course about the Volcanos!)) If you're going to visit Indonesia, Bromo Ijen trip is a must! And I strongly recommend to do it with this guys - so honest, organized and friendly! Thank you for this great trip, you're the best! :-*

Every time I pass by this location, it hurts me. This is accident by careless behavior, not earth disaster (as what Traveler O said :"man-made disaster").
The story began at 2006 when a company of Lapindo started to explore the location after he bought the small land nearby the housings of 6,000 or more. The mistake is they didn't have permission yet and the way to explore was wrong, this is what I heard. Exploring oil in the ground, you should change the machinery in the certain depth, but Lapindo continued to explore without the changing the equipment due to save his budget. The risk is , the limited equipment attacked the wrong target hole, and the hot mud started to come out, never stop until now. This is the beginning of the disaster. The unstopped hot mud sank all houses and suffered all people there. And Lapindo didn't take all his responsibility. Many people cried and some got crazy as that's all they have : house and car, destroyed by the hot mud. Not only that, some people lost their jobs as some small companies also closed, farmers lost their farm and land ( and the farmers are the worst victims, as they don't have enough documents that they have their business). I can't imagine how a rich company could do this without enough responsibility. He really made their life so bad and suffering, more than just sad. Some of the people got enough money, but many more can't get nothing as they can't proof their belonging. After 10 years, the case is closed but I still heard, many people could't get the compensation proportionally, even they got nothing. This is a lesson for everybody, especially for businessmen, that they should be careful to act his business, not to make disaster and never avoid the responsibility for his mistake he has done. It is really suffering and miserable for lots of people. And poor the victims who couldn't get enough compensation and even got nothing. A lesson of a greedy of exploring the natural resources, without considering the risks and the risk is too much victims. not only for the people , but also for the environment. The mud drains to the sea and makes pollutant. It;s really horrible. Get the lesson from this accident. Lapindo Mudflow : unstopped mud of the careless behavior

I am just mad about Indonesian candi (temples) and have spent weeks trekking around the countryside to see them. However, Candi Sumur is just a few stones alongside an ancient well in the middle of a modern village. Even an archaeologist would struggle to get excited about this one. Fortunately, Candi Pare is just around the corner and that it is much more impressive. So you can give this a fleeting glimpse on a lengthier visit to Candi Pare.
