Very very very clean and great ambiance music. Everybody's respects the rules and there's a small step-by-step you could do yourself starting with a shower and then hot water followed by cold to finish up with a nap. At night it glows up. My favorite? When it gets dark and lights open up !

Very nice library! Peaceful! Modern! A lot of interesting books on many topics. There are sections where you can sit and there is even a small cafeteria.

A smaller sized group of stores, especially compared to the US ones. My preferred ones are Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Lacoste and Polo. There are all the sports ones like Nike, Adidas etc. So something for everyone. The food court though, is pretty disappointing.

With an area of 50 hectares, the Centre de la nature is one of the most remarkable urban parks of the Greater Montreal area. The park offers a myriad of attractions, outdoor activities and cultural events throughout the year.
Located in St Vincent de Paul, Laval, this park is an excellent choice for outdoor activities any time of the year.
Entrance is free, but parking costs $7.00.
Winter activities include: sliding, skating, intro to skiing and snowboarding (5-8 yr olds), 5 km of cross-country ski trails, etc..
Summer activities include: hiking, jogging, kayak, canoe, swimming, picnics, etc..
Equipment rental available.
Note that the Avantage Laval card entitles holders to free parking and discounted equipment rental.
Highly recommend for nature-lovers of all ages!

Near Montmorency Metro in Laval with a lot of parking space ($), it's a great place (more intimate than large places like the Bell Center in Montreal) mainly for standup comics shows, singers, plays and other performing arts. Seats are comfortable and you are never very far from the stage. Good acoustics. Entrance and exits allow for quick egress. Large lobby area with snack and beverage counter. Efficient ticketing desk. Programming always offers a wide variety of entertainement.
