What a fabulous day! Bernat is a great guide, where safety comes first. We had a great day out descending into a beautiful canyon with 2 kids (10 + 12). Bernat is really relaxed, helps you feel at ease making the most challenging descents feel easy. He gives you good instructions, works very secure and ensures you have fun all they way through the trip. We started by abseiling down a cliff face and a waterfall into the canyon. We walked through the most amazing places, jumping sliding climbing the various obstacles in the canyon. If you ever go canyoning book with Bernat. You will not get a better experience. And afterwards he send you numerous videos and photo's tohelp you relive the great experience.

From La Seu d'Urgell you could see this Ermita that seems put in a wrong place due the fact that their white contrast with the green that dominate all the picture.
You could walk above one hour or take the car and leave it at Cerc and walk 10 minutes.
One time you arrive you will see urgellet valley at your left or the Cadi at your right.
Both will be a pacefull and good pictures.
