Beautiful view. Wonderful feeling of bathing in cold water at 40 degrees heat. Very difficult to reach by car - only for very good drivers. The car must be in excellent condition engine and brakes.

An original watermill that is still functional during the weekends. Of course there is a little shop with local and selfmade specialties. Worth the visit altough relatively small.

It's a nice place with wild cyclamen growing but, at the end of the day it's another castle and there are better ones in Greece. The old town at the base of the castle is interesting and, I would imagine, more busy and buzzy in the season - nevertheless the people there were friendly.

This escape room is located in Apollo Reosrt Art Hotel in Kyparissia - Messinia (first in a hotel globally !!!) We are in decade of 1960 at home of a very cultured man, who has discovered the secret of immortality and well-being and has hidden it well in a single bottle of wine. The group has 60' at disposal to find this particular bottle by solving riddles using their mind and the clues provided and escape !
We highly recommend this room escape (it wasn't our first time in this kind of game). Plot is interesting, couple of tricks that really worth the experience and most of all, the host is superb. She is very kind and friendly and pays a lot...Morewith a delay, I would like to thank you so much for your kind words!!! You gave us power to continue ! I am waiting for you in the future ! Many greetings !

This is a well organized beach where you can spend your vacation time fully satisfied. You can swim you can drink coffee you can eat fish in quite reasonable prices and if you are interested you can look for sea turtles!
Kalo nero means " good water" and this beach certainly has crystal clear blue water.
The beach is the start of the longest stretch of beach in Greece 150 km ending in Patra.
The sand is gravelly but still great for swimming, and several lovely taverna's along the waterfront.

The place consists of three Mycenaean Tombs built about 1800 BC. One of them is in perfect condition and has positive energy, great acoustics, and creates harmonics. It amplifies only the human voice and you listen your voice stereo. Every one has to visit it and explore the Ancient mysteries. Somewhere besides must be the ancient city and the Palace....perhaps of King Nestor.
The fiture excavations will reveal its secrets!!!

What a great surprise to find this little bar right atop the old city of Kyparissia.
This place has fantastic atmosphere and it creates a sense of warm friendliness once you enter.
We have been there a good 4 times and the standards are always high. Well prepared drinks and very good music. The décor is very nice and inviting and the patrons are well appointed locals. Combine your visit with an earlier dinner in one of the few meze places in the neighbor, this place of Messinia is always a great escape :)

This is a personal favorite. The store is beautiful and provides beautiful Greek artisan pieces, organic bath products, olive oils and beautiful jewelry. A must for anyone looking for gifts or a personal memory from Greece.
The small store next door also has a great selection of whimsical gifts for children including unique Greek t-shirts, purses, and kitchen items,
