Rococicleta is a fantastic place to spend a day exploring the rural countryside of Lavalle, Mendoza for agrotourism and vinoculture. We offer bicycles for rent to tour the surrounding points of interest, including local wine bodegas, tradicional food, diverse farms, and more. We will tailor your tour to your interests. We are located just a short ways from Mendoza by car or simple bus ride.
We had a great time on our tour with Rococicleta. Not only do they have bicycles for rent, but they put together a tour of the local sites for us to visit based on our interests.
It is a little bit of a hike outside of Mendoza, but extremely easy to arrive by bus from the terminal in Mendoza, and once you're there it is a much nicer bike tour than the standard bikes & wines, which can be quite dangerous when everyone has had a few glasses of wine and is then sharing a 2 lane road with large container trucks that are serving the vineyards.
Rococicleta is owned and run by a family who operate Finca Biodinamica Cosmos, an all-organic, biodynamic farm which is right next door. Our kids thought it was great fun playing with the dogs and visiting the farm animals before and after our bike ride.
We took a route where we saw a few other sustainable farming operations and vineyards, as well as had a traditional parrilla de cabra (goat on the bbq) at a super popular spot. It was packed for a weekend lunch as many people who live in Mendoza make the trip out for a special weekend meal.
All-in-all, it was a great time, and would certainly recommend it for anyone interested in agro-tourism, and in general for anyone who wants to spend an afternoon biking through beautiful rural Mendoza on roads that you will have completely to yourself.

This beach just goes on and on and on. There are lots of restaurants and cafes available.
The sea was quite choppy when we were there but there were lots of lifeguards and police in the area including a police helicopter which patrolled up and down the beach.
The beach is well worth a visit, but it's worth noting the Pinamar is divided into a number of little towns. The Main Street (constitution) is full of young bars and restuarants with a vibrant nightlife and then as you travel south you go through a quieter area called Ostende which has a smaller shopping centre and is more family orientated, and then further south into the wealthy part, where large houses are surrounded by pine tress. This also has an interesting shopping, bars and cafe area.
