We were taken here as part of our Sail Croatia cruise and it was a delight for dinner. A wonderful host who greeted us with nice grappa and figs. We had a delicious local dinner and would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone. A highlight of our trip

A place in front of the marine, delicious food and great coctails.
We shared a plate of calamari for lunch as a light bite one afternoon and we're quite disappointed with the food. This was our fourth holiday to Croatia and we love the seafood but this place did it too greasy and it wasn't very enjoyable. Korcula town isn't a cheap place to eat but you'll get better value for money and better quality food elsewhere.

Openining garden gates for a new season 1st of June
The cafe's location is outstanding since the view is definitely something to remember. However, somehow it lacked spirit. The combination of modern and cosy furniture and traditional building with the picturesque garden is a great design idea. Moreover, their lemonade is simply perfect. All in all, this place offers drinks of great value for their price but it is still missing that something which could make it a five star venue.

*Closed for the winter* <br>Delicious food made from fresh, local ingredients. Vegetarian-friendly; vegetables and fish are the base of the menu, along with traditional pasta - makaruni and homemade bread. Excellent local wines are also important part of our story. Don't forget to taste some of our famous desserts for complete experience.
My wife and I stopped for a light lunch at Aterinas and were pleasantly surprised by the interesting options available and gluten free alternatives. We shared a starter platter which was more then adequate for both of us and was then followed by aubergine and cheese bake for my wife while I had herby lentils. This was enjoyably washed down with a lovely glass of Posip wine. Service was faultless.

We offer you the top gastronomy service and we put a special attention in preparing domestic dishes.
Without wishing to upset the owner and host Peter, who is justifiably regarded as wonderful, the Atrij rating as best of 54 Korcula Town restaurants certainly mislead us.
Here is why.
We made a special trip out of Town one evening last month. In the dark, and without satnav it is not easy to find - certainly not as easy as simply walking out of a Town hotel to a nearby Town restaurant.
The ambience is indeed local and rural, but very shabby and no chic.
Peter is a really helpful host and the food portions are huge. But the meat was so tough as to be almost inedible.
The local wine was great, but the encouragement to drink it rather flew in the face of the local drink/drive limit which I believe is lower than that to which we are accustomed in England. Another reason for walking to a Town restaurant. Especially as next day the police pulled us over for a licence inspection without any apparent reason, before letting us proceed.
To rub salt in the wound, a weather/technical problem meant no cards could be used so we had to pay in cash, which took all the 500kn I was carrying.
By comparison we had lunch in Town at Bistro Filippi which I have reviewed separately.
In conclusion, we went to Atrij because it was rated No 1 with great expectations - which sad to say were unfulfilled.

Škver is a place You can always pop-in.. we serve breakfasts, brunch, lunch and dinner on a very popular prices. Every day we provide two daily meals for 30 kn only.. Has a very charming Terrace in a very center of Korčula, but hidden, so You have very intimate atmosphere.. Škver is a place that local people choose to go to.. That is why is interesting to our foreign guests, too
This is a lovely little place to eat and relax, tucked away in the alleyway before entering the old town. The octopus capacchio and squid salad were both delicious and the lamb chops tasty, albeit a little greesey. We were both hoping for the special pasticada but were told it was not on the menu that evening, which was disappointing given such a small menu to start with. The service was a little slow but it was just 1 waiter doing all the work so it wasn't to be helped and he was very polite and working hard. A very pleasant meal and atmosphere.

Welcome to a place where friends and families gather for good times and food from 1999. Our dishes include mediterranean meals such as fresh fish, meat, vegetables from our garden, famous homemade pasta "makaruni" and so on. We are located on the hill isolated from noisy surroundings in the middle of the nature. If you've dined here before you can expect the same wonderful food and atmosphere.
Just returned from this fabulous restaurant. Set in a wonderful hillside location with stepped terraces surrounded by local produce. The outdoor kitchen cooked up BBQ lamb and fish and octopus. Chef went into garden to grab fresh vegetables which were served minutes later to our...MoreDear John Beijing, thank you so much for the nice review. We are glad you were satisfied and appreciate your kind words.

Always interesting to read other reviews before you visit a place.
- Yes, the prices are higher than a comparable meal at Konobo Belin nearby.
- Yes, there are lots of the family around, 3 generations by my reckoning. Grandfather firing up the grill, sons, daughters and grandchildren serving. Added to the atmosphere in my opinion.
Food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The house special Barlic burger stuffed with goats cheese was very tasty.
Someone mentioned the white wine - my husband enjoyed his white wine and felt the servings were very generous.
We had a lovely meal, service was great. Would recommend it.
The restaurant and big Terrace are located in the background of Villa Castello, separated in nature and insures a relaxed and pleasant dining. Also, situated on the Terrace is a swimming pool of cca. 25 square metres. Guests, who wish, can directly watch the grilling of fish and meat on open fireplace, located at the back of the Terrace and within the frame of the restaurant.
