My son & I stayed in Zierikzee for one night and chose Hotel Mondragon based off Tripadvisor reviews. Everything about the hotel oozes quality and is classy throughout. The double room we had was great with comfy beds and even a rain shower in the bathroom. Pretty much perfect! Even the entrance to the parking garage was tastefully decorated and the garage itself was spotless! For breakfast we ordered bacon and eggs which was beautifully presented. Staff even made toast for us! Fresh juices and great coffee was also available. A minor observation was the limited selection of breakfast cereals. We had a wonderful, be it a short stay in characterful Zierikzee and highly recommend the Hotel Mondragon should you ever decide to visit!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained B&B! Huge spacious room, bathroom. (incl hairdryer, tissues, shampoo, soap etc!) Has everything you expect in a 5 star hotel. Airco, fridge, kettle, Nespresso, incl cups, sugar, milk, tea even sweeteners. bottle of water, glasses, cutlery and plates (as we couldn t go to a restaurant because lockdown very convenient). Breakfast is really great and MUCH. Fresh fruit, fres squeezed orange juice, warm buns and croissants, eggs, meat, different cheese, yoghurt, chocolate sprinkles etc. A small in room library with different books and magazines. Locationwise; just great. Overlooking the harbour. Free parking nearby. Would love to come back here. Carla, and Carlo really kind and gentle hosts. They know what "warm welcome" means!

We enjoyed the stay. The room is nice & big. The accomodati on is within the town centre that is generally only accessible on foot, however there is ample parking cl owe by and the bus station is not too far away. There are various nice restaurants withi n walking distance.

Pension B & B KlaasVaak is a cozy B&B in the middle of the picturesque center of Zierikzee, a middlecentury town located on the island Schouwen-Duiveland of Zeeland. KlaasVaak is located on the Nieuwe Bogerdstraat, an old street that would not look out of place in an Anton Piek setting. Look especially at the nice different facades. From large to very small, all unique and some, just like our own building, over 200 years old. You walk right towards the harbor and left towards the center. In the Nieuwe Bogerdstraat itself you will find, among other things, nice vintage shops, a toy shop with wooden nostalgic toys, a trendy barber. A good start for your visit to Zierikzee. But all other things that make Zeeland so unique, such as sea, beach, nature, etc, are within walking and cycling distance.
we paid 80euros per night (2 adults and a 4 years old child) 30 euro each one of us and 20 for the child-with discount (-2 euros) we had a private bathroom our friends paid for double room 26 euros each with no private bathroom a wc on the same floor and shower on the upper floor there is wi-fi but its not free I think that with this price we could have booked a hotel it needs renovation

The room was absolutely enormous! Big free standing bath, separate shower, 4 poster bed and huge almost floor to ceiling windows. It’s situated right in the heart of Zierikzee so you got lots of activities and shops right on your doorstep. Caroline and Frank are incredible welcoming and kind, really wanting you to enjoy your stay. This is not a big b and b with just 2 rooms so it was surprisingly quiet! Will absolutely come back!!

I’m a regular visitor to Zierikzee, and I’ve stayed in most of the hotels there. This is the first that I can say is truly one to avoid. Tiny room of the most basic standard (2 hangers, 1 teabag, knackered mattress, missing lightbulbs). You arrive feeling pleased at your choice of destination town, and within 5 mins of being in the ‘hotel’ all that feel good is gone and you can’t wait to go home. Pay the small difference and go somewhere nicer.
