HEY DARLING is everything we love the most! We love gin so we have plenty of it. We love coffee, so we brew on our Chemex. We love a classic cocktail and good wine. And of course we love our meatballs!
Hey Darling is a great date spot featuring various meatballs, delicious sides, and cocktails. My wife and I did the dinner for two (750 Danish), which included an appetizer, two cocktails, two meatball orders, three sides, and two desserts. Iâm a vegetarian, and the meatless meatballs were delicious. Service was outstanding.

Simple menu that changes often. We had the five course menu with wine pairing. All the dishes were delicious and perfectly prepared. The wine pairings were creative and worked very well. Can very much recommend. We are going back next time the menu is changed.

The rave reviews do not lie. Our evening reminded me more of an intimate comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe than a restaurant meal. The two owners/chefs/front of house staff are clearly focused on making sure you have a great time. And we did. The tasting menu is whatever you want as long as you all have it, which is nice. We had a four-course tasting menu, which was basically everything on the menu minus a couple of things we didn't fancy, with their recommended fish dish.First highlight was Jerusalem artichoke soup. Mats (? sorry didn't catch the names) took time to explain all the steps involved in its creation - from the artichoke mines of western Bolivia to the flash-frying, slow-roasting and oak-smoking, the infusion of grand cru sancerre and then the six-week slow reduction (memory is sketchy - I may have made some of that up) I felt positively guilty consigning it to my stomach. Whatever; the end result was the best soup I had ever tasted. If I were to be ultra-picky, the fish courses didn't blow me away and a choice of three white-fish dishes on a menu of six things is perhaps a little samey. But then I'm not a huge fish fan. The venison tart thingy was delicious. And then the cheeseboard - an experience I will never forget. No less than 17 Danish cheeses, ranging from relatively benign gruyere-like nutty hard cheeses to a weapons-grade blue that will give you a face like a puppy chewing a wasp. Mats(?) insisted I had to have the dessert wine with it, even though I hate dessert wine with a passion, so he poured me one anyway and didn't charge for it, which was nice. He was right. Was not expecting the evening to be cheap but it turned out to be about the same price as our one-course dinner the previous night. And a million times better. And I learned stuff, like a Jerusalem artichoke is not an artichoke and has nothing to do with Jerusalem, that Danish cheese is a thing, and that you can get a reasonably-priced high-end meal in Copenhagen. Could not recommend more.

Canât fault this, they did everything right. Food tasted great, had the sharing starter and then pork, with apple crumble dessert. Service very friendly and efficient.Worth mentioning that they have a good variety of beers. Definitely worth a visit if youâre in the right part of town.

Nordic produce meets french tradition, created with passion. Powerful in taste, simple and aesthetic presentations. Warm and welcoming environment with focus on service and relaxed atmosphere. A wide selection of draught beer and wine - also sold by the g
Restaurant Mondän is a really nice place. Great atmosphere. We had fish soup, tartar, Duroc pig and tarte. Everything was fine, except that both the fish soup and the pig would have benefitted from some heat. Fish soup must be hot and the pig could have been warmer. A bit diappointed.

It's really a wow restaurant. This place gave me such an unforgettable long lunch which lasted for 4 hours. I think I ate more than 12 courses from appetizers to desserts. Every course was memorable, beautifully set and designed, innovative, very tasty and perfect. I will never forget the marble-look fish and the fake razor clam shell which tasted so good! I have never been a dessert person but I actually finished ALL their dessert courses! Not to mention their extremely professional and good service. I enjoyed my every moment there, no matter with food, wine, coffee, environment and staff service. One of the best of the best restaurant that I had ever visited in the world.

If I really want a good Danish meal, this is by far my favorite restaurant. I have tried to eat here for lunch and dinner - both are really good. I can recommend to eat here, and especially for lunch, because then I can order a lot of traditionel Danish dishes. Always remember to reserve a table before coming to the restaurant. It is almost impossible to walk in and get a table. The prices are really fair.- Simon

This is one of these CPH places where food is delicious - and pricy but worth it. The wine choice is excellent, and the staff is professional and relaxed. Top restaurant.

Frederiks Have is a cozy restaurant situated on a side street to Smallegade at Frederiksberg, a few minutes walk from either Frederiksberg or Fasanvej metro, and bus 9A. We pride ourselves with a relaxed, personal and professional service. The kitchen is
We selected this restaurant for our special meal on a city break and we made a great choice. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and helped us to understand some of the local dishes. Krappakaka was great as was the cooler(!) lobster bisque. The venison special was outstanding. Copenhagen is not cheap but this restaurant was really good value. Highly recommendedDear guest,Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a pleasure having you as guests.Your recommendation is highly appreciated, and we will do all we can to live up to this in the future. From Eva and all the crew

So this time I brought my wife and son along - both having problems with milk and gluten. I taleked to the management in advance, asking if i would be possible to stage a three-course meal still keeping away from butter, cream, wheat etc etc. Sitting in the hotel room now looking back at a meal served with confidence and aptitude, with complementing flavours and all the flair of a high class restaurant, without compromising the lactose or gluten limitations. Impressed!
