I guess there is a reason this has a normal distribution of reviews along a perfect bell curve. Given the price I was expecting more taste, friendlier staff and a better overall experience. It was a Thursday night. 1/3 fish mains was sold out, likewise 1/2 entrees which was a shame. My grilled fish with butter sauce really had no flavour and, the baked potatoes were ...well just baked potatoes. The waitress was rather rude when I asked about the inaccurate translation of the menu and they charged for tap water! - So I cannot recommend this place.

Visited this restaurant twice (once last year) and then again yesterday. Good experiences both times. They make a great chai latte, you can't find those everywhere, and really tasty cheesecake. We were able to get a table for a large group with no problems. Food was served quickly and with a smile. Many of us ordered burgers. I had the grilled salmon with herbed yogurt sauce, but it was a little charred on one side. It's a nice place to stop by if you're in the area. Good for a coffee or light snack as well as meals.

Sorry to say, but our dinner today was really disappointing. Most of the components were tasteless. The baked potatoes were tasteless, just like the carrots. My hereford steak wasn't medium or rare but welldone. After complaining I got a new steak which was perfectly baked. The chicken with cashewnoten was very salty but further the taste was good.Really disappointing looking at the rest of the reviews. I hope this was an offday for the cook.
Dropped by with my hungry kids. We enjoy the chicken, variety of salads and kind service. Ate there once. Did take out several times - also for a smal fiest.
A cozy beer bar with atmosphere in the old listed building from 1644. The beer bar is run by 3 generations. Explore the historic and cosily decorated beer taverns and feel the sights from the old historic Køge. Step in for a good foreign special beer (mai
Had a beer here yesterday, (Friday ) never again, my pint of clasic died in the glass after a minute and my girlfriends bottle of richters did the same, somebody should teach them how to wash their beer glasses

By accident we visited this small restaurant just the day after first opening - a sunny springtime day at the Harbor of Køge 30 kilometers from Copenhagen. The new opened restaurant is tied to a restaurant 10 kilometers North - Jenners at Mosede Havn. The food is the traditional danish open sandwiches - called "smørrebrød" - and the quality quite OK without being impressing. They recommend to chose 3 pieces, and that sounds fair - also in price.Quick and friendly serving. One caveat however - perhaps because of the start up stress - when I look on the invoice right now I find 2 mistakes - so we have paid 12 % too much. But the total price (3 people) including water and coffee was 600 Dkr - rather OK

This was my 5th visit in the last few years, and was probably one of my bestThe outdoor seating area is very good on a warm summer night. The blankets are a nice touchThe food quality is excellent with a real Italian flare . I had a cold starter of prawns and salmon which was very fresh and nicely presented. The steak for main course was fantastic. In my top 5 ever! The desserts are worthy of their own section as they are so good. The Italian icecream is fantastic and the variety of sorbet flavours and their quality is outstanding Worth a visit to Køge just for this place!

Idyllic situated in the center of the smalltown of Koege right next to the small river. Nice summer weather added to the agreable atmosphere as did the friendly young staff. Menu entirely made up of tapas with the possibility of a Nordic twist (seafood). Nice presentation. But the real interest here is more the elaborate wine selection, where everything can be served per glass. As a bonus, you get to taste the wine up front before deciding.

Hands down these are the best sandwiches i have ever eaten! I didn't know a sandwich could be so delicious. The four of us had fabulous attentive service, great wine and beer and a new experience in sandwiches, picked herring, fried herring, shrimp, rare roast beef and fried place... just go if you have the opportunity! Only open for lunch unfortunately!
