Breezing terraces for both restaurant and bar, Mediterranean food, pizza, wine bar
We were a bit tired of seafoods, Indian and Swahili cuisine so we looked up where we could eat good pizza, and there are several choices out there , we chose this one since itâs the closest to our hotel. But oh boy, we got lucky this time with out relying on any reviews or hotel recommendations etc... The host was friendly, the head waiter was very accommodating and atmosphere was very good. The entrance is filled of spices and gift items you can buy for your people back home. Then you come to a narrow staircase, the landing areas were nicely decorated and the restaurant itself with the tea room or lounge area. The highlight though was the pizzas we ordered, proper pizza oven, the experienced and friendly -Ali- who prepared the pizzas for us. Highly recommended for pizzas when youâre in the area of Stone Town. Five stars for the staffs and the pizza. We will definitely drop by for pizza when in town again.

I loved this restaurant! When I travel I try to eat at different restaurants as much as possible, but we ate at 6 Degrees South almost every night during our 5-day, 4-night stay. The first night in Zanzibar we went to this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was great and it has a great view of the ocean. The waitstaff are also extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure we enjoyed the food and weâre having a good time. We often tried other restaurants during lunch, but never liked the food as much as this place so we always returned for dinner. If you eat here you will not be disappointed! Hi, thank you for the awesome review and 5 stars! We're so pleased you had a great time with us, and that we were able to welcome you to our restaurant during your entire stay! Thank you for recommending us - we hope to welcome you back to 6 Degrees South very soon!Kind Regards,Sabeeha

The first and unique Wine & Tapas Bar in Zanzibar combined with a Deli shop loaded with delicious cold-meats & cheeses from Italia & Spain.
Definitely one of best restaurants in Stone town. Food was very delicious and tasty, they offer all kind of cheeses, ham, prosciutto which is very hard to find on Zanzibar. Wine was very good with fair prices. Staff friendly and professional. In total we enjoyed it a lot.If you are staying in Stone town, this is definitely place you must visit.

Krishna Food House is Multicuisine Indian Restaurant & Bar. Located in stone town Zanzibar near NBC bank. we open from morning 8 am to 10 pm everyday and we do have facility of Free home delivery within stone town.
Expected more considering the other reviews. Service was slow.Starter didn't turn up. Main courses had an oddly gluey texture and both tasted pretty similar as if the same sauce had been used with just some veg added to one. Quite pricey for what it was. Lots of other places do veg curry probably better.

The Living Room is the Bar/Lounge of the Park Hyatt hotel in Stone Town Zanzibar. There is also extensive outside seating which can probably be considered either part of the Living Room or the Dining Room, which is the more formal dinner option at the Hyatt. We very much enjoyed the drinks and small food options prepared to perfection, both inside in the beautifully decorated lounge as well as outside at the poolside. The Indonesian Nasi Goreng was spot on. The chicken sandwich succulent and very tasty. Dear Hermes_NL,Sunny Greetings from Park Hyatt Zanzibar which has been mentioned in Condé Nast Traveler âWhatâs hot for 2016â and is a designed UNESCO heritage site.We are happy to have had the chance to serve you in our Living Room and we appreciate greatly your time in sharing your experience with us through our Guest Survey.Feel free to come back anytime you wish to.Please do not hesitate to contact myself or any member of our team should you need any assistance and in the meantime, we wish you all the best.Sincerely,Garry FriendGeneral ManagerPark Hyatt [email protected]
