FULI Hot Spring Resort officially opened on January 15,2015, bring in stone spa & Sodium Hydrocarbonate Hot Springs , To be owned Two different Hot Spring themes Hotel only just in sun moon Lake.
I enjoyed my stay there. The receptionist was friendly and saw that we had kids. Hence, they provided us with overwhelming information for us to keep our kids entertained during our stay. Going the extra mile, they also gave us rooms on the same floor beside each other which I appreciated. The facilities were terrific, and there are countless things to do, such as Karaoke, chess room and gaming area. Even though some are currently unavailable, but that is inevitable. These are some relatively uncommon facilities, at least for me. It is a great place to unwind and be away from all worries temporarily. I would return when the opportunity arises.

The Crystal Resort is a truly relaxing place enhanced by the clever use of crystal, glass and mirrors creating a bright, spacious feel that reflects the glistening waters of the lake.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was very good, the staff friendly, and the area is a great place to stay on Sun Moon Lake. When we visited, tourism was way down due to Covid 19. We felt the hotel had all the needed safety protocols in place, and did not let the lack of guests reduce their level of service. It was everything we expect from a highly rated hotel. The village of Ita Thao has a lot of indigenous charm, and nearby attractions like the Culture Park and Gondola are worth a visit. There is some construction on the waterfront currently.

We took the kids to Sun Moon Lake for Christmas weekend and stayed at The Wen Wan Resort. Let's start with the positives. The resort is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the pier where you can the boat across the lake. There are plenty of local shops to eat, snack, and rent bikes. The 11th sky patio offers a great view of the lake. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, and the rooms are nice and neat. The Average. The food at the hotel wasn't bad, but for a five star hotel the selection was pretty average. As a vegetarian the selections were even fewer. What made it worse was the breakfast spread was virtually the same selections. Another small compalint is how dark the room was. There just didn't seem to be enough lights. Plus, the lights where the toilet was may have been broken because it was super dark in that room. All in all, the kids had fun in the hotel and enjoyed the spa in the room. The service was good and everyone was very courteous and professional. The fact that this was a 5 star hotel raised our expectations, and unfortunately, some areas did not meet the expectations.

I was only here for one night. My stay was pleasant enough. Though I have to say my room looked nothing like the rooms advertised. I did have a room with a view and the view was lovely. But the hotel had a very old school feel. It looked like a hotel you would find on the Costa Del Sol in the 80s. There's no real warmth to the hotels interior and I could almost be in an office building. The room as very much the same, but then having said that it was blooming big with two large double beds. The room was clean enough. The location of the hotel is decent enough and you're meters away from the lake. The hotel have bikes you can take out, which I recommend as the best way to see the lake. But take my word for it, going round the whole of the lake will take you a few hours. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they were properly wonderful. Breakfast was ok, I get the feeling that they usually offer a buffet. But due to the fact that there only appeared to be me and one other couple. We all appeared to be given a tray containing eggs, fish, vegetables and fruit. Which turned out to be plenty. I would recommend this place. But don't expect your room to look anything like the photos.

The Richforest Hotel-Sun Moon Lake is fine style and built by the cypress and owned the fame as "the first and big wooden house in Asia ". The unique location can let you enjoy the fun to angle for fish in balcony of the room. It is the special hotel near the sun moon lake which provides you a unique living experience. There are indoor swimming pool, sauna, Chinese chess room, business center, and there also are functional meeting room, a business center, gym. We provide the perfect service. A 180-degree spacious and bright round French window catches the scenes of Sun Moon Lake for you, the zero- distance lake moves the all kind of styles in four seasons.
This hotel is an old wooden structure which is very appealing, and it's right on the lake (normally, not during a drought) The staff are very friendly and helpful, switching to English when they saw us. There's an indoor pool and also jacuzzis and saunas in the men's and women's locker rooms. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold and unusable, and since the jacuzzis were sex-segregated my son had to hang out by himself. The room was large and the bathroom has been updated, but the room decor is old and the rugs look horrible, dirty and worn. The buffet breakfast was not good, there were very few selections for typical Western or Asian breakfast. A lot of the items were more like lunch; stir fried veggies, salad, soup. Dinner was a set meal that didn't work at all for kids and there were no other options.

Nicely located in the middle of the village, at a minute walking from any shop, restaurant or attraction. It’s clean and with a helpful and friendly staff. Maybe not the cheapest, but surely an ok stay. It does just have one elevator, so it might take a while if there are some group while you’re there. Spectacular view from the top floor (restaurant)

A bit away from the lake, it is just the perfect spot. Warm welcome from the staff and the owner. The owner is roasting his own coffee and we had the opportunity to be invited to taste some of his coffees. The food is good and has to be booked in advance if you want to have dinner or lunch at the hotel. Food served is made with local supplies, so the taste is great. Overall a great experience.

The room was rather spacious but the hotel feels dated, it does offer all the regular amenities although the internet is a bit wonky at night. The breakfast is a weird mix of "western" ingredients, I'd rather just have traditional Taiwanese food instead.

This place is something special. The pool was very nice, the water temperature was perfect. The room we had (deluxe room with double bed) was very spacious with 2 beds; perfect for us travelling with a child 8 years old. At the breakfast they gave us a choise of 3 different breakfasts served at the table. No extra charge for our child. Free water and juice in the room. Very nice staff, not least the Hotel Manager, Mr. Jay. Definately a place to come back to.

I paid TWD 4,804/- a night for a lake view room and then was given a forest view room. When I checked, they said there are no lake view for double. I felt so cheated. Fortunately, I am only staying for a night.
