Limousine moved to a new location in the same town Ramat Yishay. The new restaurant is larger, very nice and with a nice view.
We drove to the restaurant 40 km with a pair of friends and it was well worth it.
We had liver pate for firsts and entrecote and filet for main course.
The meat was grilled to perfection and very tasty.
Service was very friendly and side dishes were very good
All in all, it was a very pleasant evening and we will definitely come again
Thanks are due to the restaurant owner and manager

Tanduka

We chose Tanduka as a conveniently located restaurant right off of Route 6 and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and modern. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The food -oh the food!-was plentiful and delicious. I ordered the spinach empinadas to start and was happy to see it came with a fresh salad! My main dish of Buree Fish came on a bed of saffron rice with grilled vegetables. Delicious! The meat dishes were plentiful and perfectly seasoned. Fantastic!

Piano Piano Israel

We had dinner at Piano Piano while heading north - party of 4 (2 couples). The restaurant is located on the second floor of a shopping center. Free and easy parking was definitely a plus. The service was good as was the food. Sample appetizers (Mazetim) were great. We had Pizza that was really good and crispy - I highly recommend. We also tried the seafood pasta that was definitely good for an Israeli restaurant. Bottom line - Not an expensive place, easy access from the main road, free parking and descent food. You can't ask for more.

We were there during a holiday . It was crowded, but the staff was very efficient.
We ordered 160 gr. burgers which where small , and lamb burger which had the same
taste as the first one. however the food was good. You pay separately for french fries and drinks. So, overall, it is a bit too expensive for a plain burger. Our waitress Yuval was friendly and helpful.

Mambo

Reviewed By Nadavsmom - Zichron Yaakov, Israel

There are very few really good eateries in this part of Israel, so Mambo is a big find. Owner-chef-baker Baruch delivers excellent and reliable quality in breakfast, lunch, dinner and patisserie. Great for vegetarians and vegans too. We sampled the lentil falafel on tahini-dressed salad, hallumi-pineapple skewers (unusual and tasty!), and petit fours for dessert. All lovingly hand made. Anyone eating in the shopping mall just opposite doesn't know what they're missing.
Easily accessible to travelers on the main south-north route 70. We will return gladly and soon.

Clean, friendly and quick serving. Parking is a bit of an issue, but I have not noticed that parking tickets at given to those leaving the car on the sidewalk. More than reasonable prices. Good value.

Really great meats, one of the best I've had in Israel. Starters and desserts excellent as well. Only down side is the service, well meaning but needs to be a bit more professional. Place was crowded and staff was a little overwhelmed. Would still recommend it and will certainly be back

We came to this restaurant after many years and for my surprise the food is still very good and the atmosphire is also good.
The main drawback of this restaurant is their prices! I think they have a very good food but the price is too high! If the prices were 20% less then the price would be good for such a food.
So for now we will not go back..

Tamer Halabi Restaurant

Reviewed By John S - Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

When you are traveling with a tour group, your options for lunch are often limited. Such was the case after visiting Mt. Carmel. We stopped at Tamer Halabi restaurant where we had a choice. Eat or don't eat. There was nothing nearby to choose from for anyone wanting to opt out.
Luckily, no one wanted to opt out. To expedite things for our incredibly tight schedule, the owners offered two options. Falafel for ten dollars or chicken pitas for twelve. That price included a drink, and a salad bar with numerous options for filling our pita or just adding a salad to it. I opted for the falafel, which ended up being the best falafel I have ever eaten. It was light, and delicious. I ate quite a bit of falafel while I was in Israel, and generally paid more for it...but nothing could top this place.
After we ate, the family came around with hot Turkish coffee and cookies. All complimentary. Again, for anyone who has toured in Israel, you know you will pay three dollars for the coffee just about anywhere you go. The value here was only matched by the quality of the food and the graciousness of the host.
There are currently only two reviews of this restaurant on TripAdvisor. A clear sign that this is a hidden gem. Don't miss it.
