Stopped here for breakfast and forgot to take photos. The food was amazing, hot, fresh and plentiful. I had the Big Breakfast, came with two eggs cooked to order, thick slab bacon, sausages and toast. My wife ordered the Toast BLT, enough sandwich to share.Ketta our server was very personable and attentive.

Great expectations and initially we felt perhaps they may be realised- certainly we were welcomed and explanations were thorough and confident. Our Brussel sprout dish was delicious, tacos were ok. Egg plant dish was over seasoned and lacked sufficient dimension in taste. Flan was quite delightful - well balanced, fresh, original, however we almost didn't order dessert as we were informed our table was required - despite having to call someone over to ask for dessert and despite wait staff removing plates, glasses, filling water but not mentioning this or suggesting dessert for over 25 minutes.'Luckily' following our disappointed response they allowed us to stay where we were. Not too sure why we were not informed of the time limit and why staff did not move the orders along if this was the expectation. As for the music- my ears are still ringing. l note another review observes issues with volume so perhaps it is time to select a lower volume setting!!Staff can be abrupt and with all the offerings in this area we don't need to see if it is any better next time.

The Carlton Wine Room is a comfortable neighbourhood space with a strong wine focus, and a menu to match, finding a home in a 19th century building on the corner of Drummond and Faraday Street in the heart of Carlton
Travis and the team continue to deliver outstanding quality, impeccable service with good value.Wine list is accessible and truly works with the delicious food. Duck & Pork croquettes, and stracciatella are worth coming back for time after time. The chicken main was outstanding!

This is a must experience location. Local ingredients imaginatively prepared and presented with amazing service to boot. You must try the mixed platter for an appetizer. Any one of those could become dishes on their own. I had the kangaroo for the main course. It puts the best pieces of beef to shame. I will make s point to visit again should I be in Melbourne again.

This was a special occasion dinner with our family and Cutler & Co certainly didnât disappoint. The service was first class, friendly, professional and attentive while the ambience was wonderful. The sommelier was especially helpful and knowledgeable when deciding between two wines on the list. The food was delicious except for our daughterâs fish which was unfortunately over cooked. She was disappointed as the dinner was in her honour and she didnât enjoy her main course. However, my husband thought his chicken was divine while my other daughter and I chose a vegetarian pasta which was flavourful and filling. The whole table were particularly taken with the entrees although Serrano ham was substituted in one of the dishes as the restaurant had run out of bresaola, which we thought would be a highlight on the menu provided. The two dessert options were nice and there was also a wide selection of cheeses.Despite a couple of minor issues I would have no hesitation in recommending Cutler & Co for a wonderful night out.
