Had a GREAT dinner at the Old Yarmouth Inn in Yarmouth Port on Cape Cod after work on the middle Tuesday in January 2018 with best friends and family. I wandered in by myself near the appointed hour and was immediately made to feel welcome by the hostess who knew just where to vector me to join the others. Thank you, young lady.

We barely made the six o'clock cut off for the Three Couse Prix Fixe Menu for January 2018 only to be told by great waitress Dani that it was good all night that evening. She went on to provide sterling service to our small affinity group throughout our stay, greatly enhancing the experience. She is a true professional. Thank you, Dani.

Three of us ordered chowder to start and then the baked seafood trio: two really jumbo shrimps, three luscious sea scallops and four forkfuls of fine white fish, Coastal Haddock the menu says. One of us had it the way it is offered, the other subbing extra veggies for the rice and I had mine with without the tasty crumbs and subbing double veggies (delish Brussel sprouts) for the rice. All three plates came the way we asked for them and went back to the kitchen bereft of even a crumb. Thank you, Chef.
.
For dessert, included, of course, I had a very generous serving of orange sorbet, which went down slow and cold, a taste extravaganza for my ancient taste buds.

It was very hard to leave this happy place, warmed by live fireplaces, and go out into the night and dark and January cold. I look very much forward to returning. It would be nice to see you here then. Ask for one of Dani's tables. She is that good!

Thank you, Apard P. Voros and Sheila M. Fitzgerald for maintaining the great traditions of a country inn, this one established in 1696, a mere 76 years after the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock just up the coast a bit.

While visiting Cape Cod, we stopped for a late breakfast at this place mainly because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor! We were not disappointed. We both had one of the full-breakfast offerings - the portions were very generous, the food arrived very quickly and it had just been made - perfect. The dining area was packed, but we were accommodated at the counter. It is also VERY noisy - but, it is a café after all.

Classic and creative Italian fare with unrivaled flavor.
After researching area restaurants in the Yarmouth area, I came across this restaurant which had many favorable reviews. We were visiting in the off season so we had no problems getting a seating. We were thoroughly impressed with our dinner at Gerardi’s. We loved the atmosphere of the cafe. We ordered wine, an antipasto, a cod piccata special, homemade gnocchi with sweet sausage and meatball, and butterscotch creme brûlée. Everything was mouth watering delicious including the warm bread and oil and crostinis brought to our table before the dinner. We can’t wait to go back. Dreaming about another delicious meal there....

The Dolphin has been a regular stop for us whenever company visits or friends join us for dinner. The food, service, ambiance and mood-setting "flavor" of its Barnstable Village location have always been excellent over the thirty years we've eaten here. The Dolphin has always top-notch.

Artisan gelato (Italian style ice cream) made on premises. Full espresso bar. NOTE: SEASONAL BUSINESS open May - October).
Once again, the husband and wife proprietors have hit a home run. Their gelato is all homemade and is so silky smooth. All their flavors are gluten free. Espresso; salted caramel; blueberry; lemon cream. You name it, they have it, will have, or will make it. We love all the ice cream choices on the cape, but this place is special.

Welcome to Katie's Ice Cream! Our ice cream is handmade in small batches using only all-natural dairy, fresh local & imported flavors, and real, natural ingredients. Enjoy!
Our main reason for visiting Hyannis was to stop at Katie's and try their homemade ice cream and we weren't disappointed. There are so many choices of ice cream from the regular choices to the unique and the portions were very good. You order based on the number of scoops even for the sundaes. I had a 2 scoop vanilla in a newly made waffle cone that was still warm and it was delicious and my husband ordered his usual a hot fudge sundae with coffee ice cream, whipped cream and nuts and he said it's tied for his #1 ice cream spot. The girl who waited on us attentive and patient as we looked over the entire menu of ice creams. We will definitely return to Katie's!

Great little coffee shop, we came here to Barnstable whilst waiting for the Hyannis Whale Watching cruise just up the road.
Awesome coffee, massive Muffins & all at a great price! What more could you ask for?!
Comfy chairs, great atmosphere & plenty of seats in a relatively cosy space. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

No ordinary restaurant, Sea Street Café serves breakfast all day and an assortment of lunch items that will be tough to find anywhere else. Whether you are in the mood for eggs, French omelets, sandwiches, griddled specialties (French toast, pancakes), soups, appetizers, Entrée salads, burgers or seafood entrees, this place has you covered. Stop on by for a quick bite or a relaxing meal - either way, one bite will have you hooked
The waitress was friendly and helpful....could not have had better service. I had the Lobster Cake (delicious) and the BEST clam chowder that I have had in years. I definitely recommend the restaurant and will be sure to stop in when in the area.

This is an honest to god French bakery. Close your eyes and you are in Lyon or the north bank. Thick, velvety croissants and artisan breads draw me in. Try their signature almond croissant and then try to drive by the place- ever.

Food and service are superb... as a single, even when crowded one can get a seat at the counter. I've only been there for breakfasts, which are available all day until closing at 2pm. Have visited several times over the years.
