This is one of the newer Chinese style Asian restaurants in the area, and my 2 experiences have been good-but-not-great. The major problem with rating such a restaurant revolves a lot about the choice of dishes. I tend to like the spicier style Asian foods, but didn't try any on my visit.

Our first visit was at about eight in the evening. As the only customers in the house, we were treated to fantastic food and stories. The spring rolls were the most perfect ever, light, delicious, not overcooked like most. We left around ten feeling like we had just had good visit with an old friend. A couple of weeks later we found ourselves in Casper again, and were drawn back to the Ming for more food and friendship. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of quality and service. You won't feel at all awkward in leaving a large tip.

This is by FAR the absolute best Chinese in Casper. It is definitely a hidden treasure. My husband totally had to convince me to even try it I will admit, but seriously so glad I did. It is not great looking on the outside but the food and service is really top notch!!! We love it here. We HIGHLY recommend it! I wish I had tried it sooner. The pot stickers are a must try, as are the sweet and sour shrimp, szceuan shrimp are way good, and the mongolian beef is great too! We have never had anything we didn't like.

My family has been eating at Chopstix for 6 years now. This is a family run business with prompt service and delicious food!! The prices are right, nice atmosphere, HUGE selection of food choices and always consistent. We've never had a bad meal there. Having tried every other Chinese place in Casper, I recommend Chopstix highly over other restaurants! Customize your level of spicyness. Try the Szechuan Chicken 4x spicy. Yummy!!

Lunch here recently. Free parking in lot. Fairly busy, but seated right away. Ordered from lunch menu, which had lots of options for vegetarians and meat-eaters, alike. Food was good, hot, and tasty. Spice level was as ordered. Good soup. Not a fancy spot, but plenty of different choices. I would eat here again.

Dinner here recently. Parking is on street and give yourself time to find a spot. Seated right away. Very nice and friendly folks, plenty of choices on the menu for meat eaters as well as vegetarians or vegans. Excellent tofu and vegetables, and excellent chicken dishes and soups. All were good. Not a pretentious or fancy spot, but we had a really good dinner that surprised us--and would most certainly return here. In fact, we will return here! And they were open on Sundays . Yay!!

First time here. Free parking in mall lot. This is a big Asian- American buffet in a mall. Much of the food on the buffet is not even remotely Asian, but basic American cafeteria food. (Think onion rings and fries, buttered corn, and ice cream, Jello, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert) Seated right away, and no wait to go to buffet. There are Asian options on the buffet, some basic sushi and noodle dishes, chicken dishes, etc. Plenty of soup and rice. Can go back to buffet as many times as you like. This is a real quantity over quality sort of place. If you are very hungry, this will be a great option for you. You can eat as much as you want. If you want gourmet food, this is not the spot. They seemed to be busy. Priced about right for what you got.
