We stopped in Newcastle, WY on our way to Sturgis, SD in back August and asked the front desk clerk at our motel, The Sundowner, where a good place for dinner would be. She recommended this place. Afterward, we wondered what she was thinking. We should have trusted our instincts and walked out right away. Upon entering the place, we received no acknowledgement from the staff. It was fairly busy with the pass-through traffic for Sturgis, and we had to improvise to find a seat since we had a party of 6. We were seated next to another family, which we didn't mind. But it took the staff forever to take our orders. I wasn't all that hungry, so ended up having the soup and salad bar and an order of deep-fried portabellas, which were actually OK. The soup was actually a pretty interesting concoction called "Reuben soup." But the rest of our party's orders were screwed up in one fashion or another, steaks overcooked, wrong cut served, etc. The waitress didn't even offer up a half-hearted apology. The salad bar had been nearly picked clean and no one bothered to restock it for ages, and dirty dishes were left sitting on nearby tables the entire time we were there. Sorry, Newcastle, we weren't impressed in the least. Hope this kind of encounter is the exception and not the rule.
My husband and I had two foot long subs. One was a 5.00 cold cut combo and one a turkey and bacon with avocado. I requested the garlic bread that was advertised and was told that they don't have that. Each condiment had to be repeated one at a time and took forever. My husband picked up a small bag of potato chips and we shared a small drink. The bill was more than 17 dollars and we were charged 2.40 for a meal deal and and 1.20 for extra bacon which I never ordered nor received . There was no avocado at all. Needless to say I will not be stopping there again. The help is so slow and so incompetent that it would try the patience of a saint and then to overcharge just adds insult to injury. I will go home instead of being ripped off again. You will experience the same overcharge at Pizza Hut which never honors the advertised deals.

When a place offers this many kinds of food, watch out. Our group got a taco salad, some prime rib orders, an indian taco, and a chimichanga plate. Only the Chimi plate would be considered good. The prime rib was not a good cut, but the green beans and bacon were good. The chicken taco salad had some kind of weird dark meat chicken shred that looked and tasted like beef. The indian taco I was served was not an indian taco, but a $9 soft shell taco. I see in the pictures that have a REAL indian taco that they CAN make them (or at least they could), but that is not what I was served. If you want good food, go to Wayback instead. If you want steak and prime rib, go to a good restaurant in Custer. Don't eat here unless you have a yen for chimichangas.
In 2015 our founder had a vision to recreate fast food. He did just that. Grazerâs prides itself on fresh, never frozen burgers that are made right in front of our customers always fast and fresh we promise. Our goal is to provide a fast and delicious mea
They brag on their burgers.. No reason to do that. The price may be good or fair but the burgers are at best average. Other items like deep fried mushrooms, and pickles and beans are to be avoided.. Too expensive and not particularly good.. Service is very good . We apologize the burgers did not meet your expectation. As a new business we appreciate comments. We continue to work with our staff to provide the best burger in town! We hope you will stop back and see the improvements we have made since your review. Thank you.

A small Newcastle hometown favorite in the heart of downtown. Providing great customer service and well priced pasta, steak, sandwiches, and pizza. Hand made burgers and homemade alfredo sauce. Bread baked daily! Come visit and enjoy a cold beer or glass
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Isabellaâs but were disappointed with the cleanliness. The working kitchen had food all over the floor which can be seen by guests. The womanâs bathroom was filthy. There is no excuse for that. The food, the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the jambalaya were delicious. I will still giveThe restaurant very good as the servers arenât responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant. Get it together Isabellaâs you have a good thing going, make us want to come back.

We stopped for lunch on a drive from Cheyenne to Rapid City and found this diner by chance. I liked the looks of it from the outside and saw that it was busy so I figured it had to have good food. I was right! Service was very friendly and fast and I noticed that virtually everyone there knew each other so it a very popular local place. I had some delicious homemade chicken noodle soup and a club sandwich on white toast while my wife had a chef's salad. Portions were large and prices were very reasonable. We left there happy and well fed to continue our trip. We would definitely return if we are in the area.
