A beautiful setting in which to enjoy delicious USDA Choice all natural steaks, wonderful seafood, and decadent desserts.
This place needs some good reviews. Went to the Friday Night Seafood buffet and it was very impressive. Shrimp fried, steamed, cold, scampi, you name it. Snow crab legs, crawfish, ribs, desserts, and others. Was $25 dollars and I thought it was a great deal. Cannot think of anywhere else in Wyoming you can get a seafood buffet like this. Saw there were other types of specials other nights of the week. I thought it was a nice atmosphere and the servers working there were quite friendly. A+

I have had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant several times and I must say...it is delicious!Thursday nights are the Prime Rib special and it was so savory. My medium rare was cooked to perfection and the au jus sauce is some of the best that I have ever had. I have also had the Big A** Shrimp (yes, that is what they are called on the menu) and several of the steaks. You can't miss with anything on this menu. I especially like that they keep the meun smaller and aren't changing every other week. Great Steaks, a few pasta's, a few fish dishes and they do them all very well. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accomodate every request. Now, I know it's a little out of the way. I know you have to drive all the way across town to get here. But I know it will be worth it!

Well, had dinner there last night. Chicken Terriyaki was tasteless. Noodles were tasteless, and the veges were...you guessed it, tasteless! On a better note, the hand rolled salmon skin sushi was just ok. I won't be going back.

We visitited the Railyard as a group of 7. The atmosphere was great. It was quiet enough for conversation but not dull. The stuffed mushrooms were a great start and extra cheesy. My steak was very tender and cooked perfectly. The added sauce topping choices make a great addition to the plate. The only down side was we were all too full to have dessert.

Latest location of the Rib & Chop House restaurant company that began in Livingston, MT in 2001.
Mr. Steven and two other female colleagues were all customer-oriented and friendly!Their Fulton Street Ribs was tender and juicy. Meat falls off from the bones. It is served with fresh House salad and tasty squash casserole. The Spicy Tuna Tostada was beautifully and appetizingly presented. My Peach Tea was flavorful.Elegant ambience. Comfortable seating albeit not a booth.

We went to the Prime Rib on Sunday night just before my trip ended. My two Gillette hosts were being treated by me in what is perhaps their favourite restaurant in the town. Our timing was good.Firstly, the restaurant had added a 'Seniors' element to their menu, offering smaller portions for a little less in price. Two of us ordered from this and found that the size of portions was perfect: such a change from having too much food on the plate!Secondly, the waitress told us that bottles of wine were half-price that night so we ordered another house cabinet sauvignon after quaffing the first! This restaurant has a good wine cellar and its 'house' choices are a reliable bet.The food for the main courses was excellent: I enjoyed my ribs without the bones, which is a house speciality. To round things off, we indulged in the desserts. My raspberries in Russian cream was delicious. The overall cost was very reasonable.Anthony, thank you for bringing your hosts to our restaurant. We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Please come see us again if you are ever our way. Thank you!
