WE WILL BE CLOSED THROUGH NOV 21 FOR THE OFF SEASON. WE WILL BE OPEN AGAIN NOV 22. Wood-fired, thin crust pizza using the best available, organic where possible, locally/regionally sourced ingredients served in a former single screen movie theater.
While visiting Yellowstone, we ate here twice...so good. Fun to watch chefs in the completely open kitchen preparing the pizzas. Also fascinating was the historic theater setting. The service was friendly and all our food choices tasty. Recommendation: Save room for the brownie and ice cream (locally made) dessert.

Welcome to Glorietta Trattoria restaurant in Jackson, featuring one of best Italian wine lists in the country, an innovative menu & a fun, lively atmosphere.
This restaurant, hands down, was the best place we ate in Jackson and one of my favorite Italian restaurants anywhere in the US. Foodies and little picky kids alike enjoyed the feast we ordered. Everything - from the drinks to the bread to the appetizers to the entrees to the servers - was divine. Thank you Glorietta!

We focus solely on making the best Napolitana-style pizza in Jackson Hole, we like to say even the best in Wyoming. Our Italian visitors tell us "it's as true as the pizza they make in Italy." Our beautiful stone-hearth oven helps make it possible.
We wanted an informal dinner one evening so we selected the Pizzeria Caldera. GREAT pizza and nice staff.

Our group of 6 dined at Orsetto for our last meal in Jackson. It was recommended by both a tour guide and hotel staff member. We made a same-day reservation online without difficulty. A restaurant employee called later in the day to confirm our reservation. Our waitress was friendly and informative. Since it was low season, they were having special rates of buy-one-get-one free. While you would think this would result in a lower bill, the prices were actually quite high and our total was more than we expected. This is mentioned just as a cavaet. We had a variety of meals: the "safari in a bowl", the bison spare ribs, the eggplant parm, and chicken parmigiana. FYI--the eggplant parm is done in thin layers, lasagna-style, and is very thick and filling. It does not come with or over pasta and I ordered some, thinking I would need it, but I definitely did not. All the meals were delicious. The place was busy and had a fun vibe. The odd thing that happened was that when it came time to decide on dessert, the server, a different person that our waitress, actually tossed two copies of the dessert menu onto the table as he walked by! Threw, them, in fact! It was very bizarre. We had not been annoying customers in any way and had simply enjoyed a nice meal up until that point. I have no idea what that was all about or what we had done to deserve that treatment, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. If you are looking for a delicious Italian meal while in Jackson, you will enjoy Orsetto. Hopefully you won't have wait sfaff throwing menus at you!
