There are not a lot of choice for breakfast in Alpine, but we made a good decision with the Yankee Doodle Café. It was a Sunday morning and the place was very crowded. But we were seated quickly and our food came out fairly fast. We ordered red velvet pancakes and the cowgirl breakfast. Both were very good.

Great place for a large group. Our server (Dan I think) was awesome! Not sure how many times we changed our orders (there were 8 of us) and everything came out perfect! The portions are extremely generous and the french fries are awesome. They have a great selection of menu items and alcohol. There is even a liquor store attached and the prices aren't too bad. I highly recommend the chicken philly!
