Sudachi is currently closed for off-season, reopening on Tuesday, December 5th. In the meantime, come visit us at our downtown location, SUDA Izakaya. Named for the zesty and versatile Japanese citrus fruit, Sudachi celebrates the best flavors and qualiti
4 of us went to Sudaci - 3 sushi lovers, 1 who will not eat raw fish. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The sushi, particularly the special rolls, is amazing. Complex, interesting, fresh, clean, delicious. The presentation was impressive, the wait staff are knowledgable, helpful, and fun. The restaurant decor is interesting, novel, and attractive. Will definitely return.

Sushi and Grill in quaint cabin in downtown Jackson Hole. Serving dinner Tues-Sun 4:30-10 with happy hour specials 4:30-6:00. Beer, Wine, Sake, Cocktails.
So, I changed our dinner reservations for my Husbands Birthday night to check it out... great sushi! They did not disappoint - creative rolls, high quality fish. Personally I thought the wine options could have used a boost but maybe it's because I drink Red Wine and that traditionally doesn't go with sushi. My bad! YOU NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATIONS, the place is super small, part of it's charm - for sure, but also makes it really important to have a reso and I suggest making it in advance if your picky about your dinner time frames, even two or three days out the earliest reso we could get was 9:00pm at the bar! It's pretty popular - try it out, see if you like it - everyone else in Jackson does! Enjoy!

We love sushi and have had wonderful sushi in Jackson (at Nikai which is now closed.) Thought we'd try this place for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the host and service was wonderful. Our appetizers of Japanese Nachos was good as were the gyoza. It went downhill from there and I'm lucky that I didn't get sick. The hamachi was almost gray and tasted as if it had been cooked. The rolls weren't tight enough so fell apart as I was eating a piece. And did I mention that LUNCH was $120? Seriously? For two people? Won't go back.
