It's difficult to say what is most appealing about the Barking Frog - the food, the wine, the atmosphere. All of the above earned this casual bistro featuring country fresh Northwest cuisine rave reviews. Honors have included "Restaurant of the Year", "Most Innovative Wine List" and "Wine Grand Award" awards, presented by the Washington Wine Commission. Delectable dishes entice guests to linger in the light-filled dining room or to gather around the fireplace. While in the summer, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard. Fun menu with lots of wonderful food. We all had a hard time selecting something for brunch because so many things appealed to us! The crab mac & cheese was delicious and huge! Our friend raved about the huckleberry pancakes. The Barking Frog came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint! We will be back!!

I hadn't been in a while and went for a work dinner recently. This is still the best Thai in the area and all the food was excellent. Only reason I don't rank 5 stars is the service can be slow. S

Purple Café and Wine Bar pairs a global wine selection with a menu that combines classic American styles with seasonal Northwest ingredients..
Wonderful place for lunch but expensive. Service was good. Food was wonderful and yummy. We had a late lunch so the restaurant was not full at all. I’m afraid it could be very loud if it were full.

Located in the heart of the Woodinville Wine District, The Commons is a neighborhood gathering place with an inviting and informal locale.
Very popular spot for brunch on a Saturday, but seating at the bar was an immediate seating option for a party of two, which was a nice surprise. Service team was friendly and attentive, and the food came out of the kitchen efficiently, despite the large crowd. Food was tasty - breakfast burrito with salsa verde was excellent, as well the grilled cheese sandwich (NW winter comfort food) with caramelized onions. Tomato soup was not great - too thin and not very flavorful, but all around a good experience.

Fairly streamlined (limited) menu of Italian themed dishes. Our party ordered the Salmone (Salmon) Sandwich, the Amaro Burger, and the Risotto Special (prawns and veggie). Salmon was cooked well, but very over-dressed. Fries were great, very crispy. Burger cooked perfect - medium well. Risotto was salty, but had good flavor. Service was attentive and friendly. Nice place and will come again.

The Herbfarm is America's only 5-Diamond Restaurant north of Napa Valley and east of Chicago. With working farm and restaurant 20 minutes from Seattle, the restaurant offers 26 different 9 course dinner menus each year.Creed: The Herbfarm believes that no dish can be better than its ingredients, and that the best ingredients are usually local. Freshness is ephemeral, and geography expresses itself in the taste of the food--sometimes subtly and sometimes profoundly. The foods and wines of our region share a similar motherhood of soil and weather, making for a happier culinary marriage than those from dissimilar climates. The Herbfarm believes that chefs who cook with local ingredients--season by season, year after year--develop a more complete understanding of the foods than chefs who do not. This understanding can give rise to greater expressions of the food, its preparation, and enjoyment. The Herbfarm believes that supporting local farmers, foragers, cheesemakers, wineries, ranches, and fishermen helps preserve local foods.
The Herbfarm Restaurant is a very special place to go for a celebration, family event, or a romantic dinner for two. The food is outstanding, seasoned well, and served perfectly. The waiters are friendly and helpful. Choose a wine to complement your dinner and you...MoreThank you. It was our pleasure to serve you.

We have been going here for at least 15 years. The food is fabulous, the atmosphere is so cozy, the service impeccable!!! Fun to start in the bar and then move to the dining room for dinner. It is a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere of fine dining in a comfortable setting!

Great Mexican food in a fun neighborhood style small restaurant. Service was good although we did have to wait quite a while for our food to arrive. But that didn't take away from the experience. Very reasonably priced.

This fall we tried the Woodinville Cafe and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was super busy as it was right after Thanksgiving but was well worth the wait. The decor is very homey; a travel theme with photos, suitcases, and trains. Service was excellent. Everywhere we eat breakfast out, my husband orders Eggs Benedict. He thought it was especially tasty at the Woodinville Cafe. I ordered diced ham and eggs with hash browns and toast. Delicious and very hearty. We took home our leftovers for another meal!

Made reservation for lunch in between wine tasting but wasn't necessary as very quiet, but great food and service and very reasonable prices, excellent overall.
