Things to do in Salem
We went on a Sunday for lunch and it was quiet. We wanted to try something different on the menu as we always get pizza. The subs were HUGE! I had a Ham, Turkey and Provolone sub. The cold cuts were so fresh - never have had Boars Head before. The pickle and cole slaw were also good! I substituted fries for a house salad. Most restaurants, upon the substitution, gives you a small salad. This salad was a nice size! I ended up taking half the sub home as it was a nice size and alot to eat. My husband had the Italian sub. It was also HUGE! So much meat! He ended up finishing his! For dessert we had the Cannoli Cheesecake. It was to DIE for! The desserts are the best we have had at any restaurant - fresh, different and excellent! Our server gave us a small sample of the bread pudding and that will be the next thing to order when we go as we have never had that before and it was FANTASTIC!!!!! Everything at Tony Cornicione's is always fresh, prepared as asked and worth the trip! Being a new restaurant, they continue to strive to be the best and they will be! It is worth the trip for really good food and attentive owners!

Locally owned & operated by Chef Theresa Ianni Robinson along with her father Guglielmo serving you the finest Northern Italian cuisine!
We were with a small group of about 20 celebrating an engagement. We were seated in a back room that was not private, with a small partition between our group and the other diners in the room. Our seating arrangement was VERY cozy, but luckily we were mostly family. The service was attentive, although bread was put on the table without bread plates which led to community dipping in the garlic and oil. I ordered the lasagna which was good and my husband had the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce. The sausage in this dish was described as spicy, but we didn't find much flavor to this dish. The pasta was cooked perfectly in both dishes. I would definitely return to try other menu items.

There were only 2 tables sat when we arrived. 5 mins later the were almost full. They only had 2 waitresses. They worked their butts off. White fish, lasagna, spaghetti and chicken all good. There is no beef on the menu. Save room for dessert. Antipasto good also.

Owners have another restaurant by the same name in Waukegan, IL.
I visit family once a year and look forward to eating at Anastasia's, this year was a disappointment. Usually mouth watering pizza, this time was sub par, crust was thick and cakey, lacked toppings and overall not good. Thinking just a bad night, returned for dinner, service was good, but requested a substitution from a regular reuban to a turkey reuban, the slight upcharge was $4.00! It was good but not at a price of $13.98, after all turkey is a lessor cost than corned beef, the substitution should not have been more than a buck if at all. Sadly, I will be trying a new place next year, family who lives here disappointed also.

Double decker pizza is amazing! Definitely worth the calories. But I also love their salad with grilled chicken, so if you're calorie counting, this place has something for everyone!

I always get a very simple meal when visiting a new Italian restaurant. Spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of sausage. This is how I judge the style and quality of their offerings. Binantiâs passed my test. The staff was very friendly and caring for all the guests and the food portions meant I had lunch the next day! Good place to return to and bring my friends.

The building is small, most people take out their food. We go here frequently when we have get togethers. Originally, I would always get italian food which we always enjoyed - pizza, chicken alfredo. Then I tried fried chicken and broasted potatoes and really enjoyed those. Haven't found anything we didn't enjoy. Also have enjoyed their sandwiches.

Made a mistake in ordering. Great reputation for pizza. Seeing others having pizza and braging how great it was, i should have ordered pizza. Figured good pizza good itialian. WRONG. Had muscacualy. Very bland. Sauce had no flavor. Even side salad was bad. Place very busy but even then the service was slow. If i go back would only order the pizza. It did look wonderful.
