Friendly staff, accommodating. Sushi isn't good if it isn't fresh and believe me this food is fresh. Unique concept for the area. I did not care for the fruit roll or the apple roll for dessert. The nori does not compliment those dishes well at all. But the cheesecake rangoon was a spot on hit for dessert. The combinations on flavors for vast varieties of main dish rolls, that float past you on the boats, open your tastebuds to new experience. The price may seem alot, but not for the fresh tastes and all you can eat, as well as what you can request special.

It's a fine dining restaurant that served Chinese food and Sushi, we also have Hibachi and Teriyaki from the kitchen. Take out is another option you can have.
Four of us had dinner here for the first time. We were greeted enthusiastically and seated immediately. Our server promptly appeared and took our drink orders. They were quickly brought and our food orders taken. Three of us started with soup; one began with a salad all of which was served pronto. As we finished with these starters, our entrees were brought well prepared and presented. Each of us found our meals tasty and ample. Service was excellent. We will return.

This was our first visit and it won't be our last. We had a party of 5 people and we all ordered different dishes off of the menu. Everyone gave their dish an excellent rating. I had fried rice with scallops and it was delicious. You receive a big serving so I had some to take home. The service was excellent as well.
Sapporo is an unassuming little spot in a strip mall. My family has enjoyed it many times with friends. It has a charming delivery of plates of sushi, nagiri, oriental salads and sweets on floating bamboo boats. The plates can be selected individually and are priced by color code. You may select to stack and add the cost of plates at the end of your meal or take an all you can eat option. If you have sushi newbies along, this is a great place for them to try little tastes without spending a lot of money on something they might not like. The basic sushi rolls and a few nagiri are served daily. No fancy specialties on most days. Sides of eel sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger are available at no charge if you ask. Fountain sodas, tea, bottled domestic and import beers are available beverages.

Nice atmosphere, good food. Not my first choice for sushi, though. There are better options if you have a car.
