Reliable place for a great meal every time. Culver's butter burgers are the best fast food burgers around - worth the couple minutes wait. Their onion rings are also the best. Frozen custard is definitely a Wisconsin treat - check out the flavor of the day - it's most likely a good one!

I've been a fan of Coney Island since childhood, and the best thing about them is the chili dogs are still as great now as they were 50 years ago. And the fries! Crispy and piping hot. Yum!

The Coney dogs are not too bad. I get the chili, onions and mustard. Normally $3 so Tuesday is the day to go. Also have a $2.99 breakfast deal, eggs, toast and hashbrowns. And of course the root beer is the best.

Recently had fried cod at A & W and was very pleasantly surprised. Four nice sized pieces of fish, cole slaw and fries. The fish was better than anything (fried fish) I have had at any restaurant in the LaCrosse area. On Fridays they have all you can eat fish. I don't think you can beat that deal.
