Just a nice get together with friends. We all had different cocktails and they were done well... not too stiff and not too weak. The beer battered asparagus and the tenderloin bites were good. The salmon, steaks and pasta were all good. They have a variety on the menu.... if you want burgers and pizza...or something more. Prices were normal for dinner.

I lived in point over a decade before developing an appreciation for Bill's Pizza. Love the special, love the cheese fries - You have to pay a little extra, if you want quality. Have a lot of buddies who like the sandwiches - the pizza is just too good not to order. Love the way they wrap the left-overs with layers of wax paper when I'm at the restaurant.

After reading many reviews to find a great steak restaurant we decided to try Michele's on a Saturday evening. Two of us had steak which was cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. Another had ribs which were so tender and juicy they fell off of the bone and I had the salmon which was some of the best I have ever tasted. The meal started with some warm rolls, then we had the choice of a salad or soup and then the main course. Everyone in our party agreed on a 5 star excellent rating after finishing our dinner. The service we received from the bartender, hostess and our waiter was exceptional! What a wonderful dining experience!!

My wife and I have dinner at The Point After every few weeks. This is a neighborhood restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The people are friendly and we always run into someone we know. I always find the servers to very attentive. The menu is mostly in the $10-15 range for entrees. They have salads, wraps, sandwiches, fish fry, etc. My wife loves their salmon BLT. I usually get one of the chicken sandwiches or wraps. They have a nice beer selection. It gets busy on Friday nights, but otherwise we haven't had a problem getting a table quickly once we get there.

Arrived at around 6pm and seated right a way. Service was prompt and excellent. We had the cod. We enjoyed the chicken dumpling soup, tasted as if homemade. Our fish was lightly battered and done to perfection. No room for desert! The restaurant has gone under a interior facelift. New tables and booths same decor.

If you happen to find yourself in Steven's Point, WI or anywhere near there, drop by the Hilltop bar and restaurant. Everything on the menu is delicious and well worth the trip. I have been eating my way through their menu for years. In truth I made it to the California cheese burger with beer battered fries and just stopped. I know, from experience, that the fish and chicken are great but my favorite is the burger.
