The Red Onion Cafe prides itself as offering the downtown Racine business community a more upscale option for both breakfast and lunch. Offering a range of sandwiches, salads and home-made soups, the Red Onion Cafe is a great option for a quality, quick l
I was doing a tour at SC Johnson and then had another tour at Wingspread, but with little time in between the two so I decided on this place for lunch. The lunch was to go and it was very fast and delicious and a great price. Staff were excellent. Nothing to complain about, it was all good stuff.

We visited the Douglas Avenue Diner while holiday shopping in the Caledonia - Racine area. It was a great discovery! It was a very iconic middle 20th century diner, with the vinyl booths and chairs and rock nâ roll memorabilia. I had a traditional breakfast, and it was pretty good, but I think the decor was probably the best part about the diner. If your passing through Racine I would definitely recommend stopping here for a nice breakfast or lunch.

We are a 75 year old Supper Club. The Corner House is famed for our Prime Rib and Old Fashions step back in time and enjoy!! We as the new owners take great pride in the Corner House and look forward to meeting each and every one of our customers. Ben And
I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I have had since I was diagnosed a celiac nine years ago. The staff and owner did not demonstrate any knowledge of food items containing gluten. The owner was not even apologetic about it. His comment was "Our website says we do not do gluten free". I checked the website and there was no mention of this. I gave this restaurant one star because the old fashioned I was served was pretty good. My message to anyone with an auto-immune disorder or food allergy is to avoid dining at the Corner House. That was the message I received loud and clear. May be the owner should post a sign on his door warning potential patrons about his lack of concern for people with food allergies. It would have avoided a most unpleasant experience for myself and my husband.

From scratch menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, craft cocktails. Great gluten-free and vegan options. Check out our Keto menu!
Sunday brunch menu had some fabulous dishes and we each tried something different. Gluten free donuts started us off-- maple-bacon and cinnamon sugar-- we tied for which was best. The gluten free ricotta & berry crepes were awesome-- so hard to find at restaurants. The place had a tremendous amount of GF choices, not just your basic egg dishes. The Biscuits and Gravy were super yummy, though quite heavy as you would imagine. The bomb was the Morning Bun French toast-- seriously loosen your belts, it's worth it! Breakfast mediterranean pizza fell short of expectations. Portions are generous and all appears made from scratch. They have a bar with seating-- the Bloody Marys, which I found bland, had a nice, jumbo garnish. The place was busy the entire time and they seemed to turn tables over quickly in a small place. There is also an outside patio on a busy city street. Prices were reasonable for this quality of food. I will definitely go back-- unique menu offerings and I know my gluten free family members can eat safely with awesome options. Thanks for your wonderful review. We are so glad you were able to try so many of our gluten free options! We look forward to you coming back and sharing the word with your family!

On Saturday, August 24th our family celebrated the 96th birthday of my wife's father at the Hobnob Restaurant. The service, menu and atmosphere were outstanding. Everyone loved their meal. The restaurant's location is on Lake Michigan's shore and even from inside the restaurant you have a beautiful view of the lake. We have always enjoyed dinning at the restaurant.

Went with the Captains Platter. They were out of Perch Filets, and replaced with Perch Patties. I bit into one of the Perch Patties and it was like chewing a rubber band - only to discover that it wasnât cooked. Also, they used beer batter on the shrimp - making the shrimp look much bigger than they were. Finally, the first three choices of craft beer that I selected were not available. We did talk to the owner, and he comped a few of the meals. While we enjoy patronizing this establishment, as you can sit outside and enjoy the harbor. It literally left a bad taste in our mouths.

Unfortunately we can never order ribs when we travel outside of Racine! Nobody compares to the perfectly charred sweet/Smokey flavor of Oh Dennisâ ribs. Full rack is enough for two meals. (We always take half home for our 2nd meal on Sunday!). If you are a rib lover, you will have to check them out!!

Great Breakfast and Lunch. Omlettes, Skillets, Pancakes, Waffles, Sandwiches, Burgers. Greek, American, Mexican
At 6 am (local hour) my breakfast was ready... I had a great American Skillet and some cups of coffee. The only concern, I was feeling of being shivers: I really don't understand the reason to mantain the inside temperature so low...

From the welcome to the dinner service to the departure Sebastianâs is perfect. An interesting menu as well as Friday evening specials. Having a full restaurant at 6pm speaks volumes. We shared a salad and then the prime rib eye and the Tenderloin Medallions au Poivre. At the expensive end of the menu but worth it. I thought the fries were great too !!All in a nice setting.
