Balqis Restaurant is a middle eastern & western restaurant. Situated front of the putrajaya lake. it's the ideal place for that very special night
It's a simple venue, nothing fancy that you might be extra charged with, but the food is delicious. Authentic Arabic dishes - absolutely yummy and worth a try. This is a restaurant I'd love to come back and try some more. Service is fine and was fast. All in all I'm really pleased.

The First Middle eastern restaurant in Putrajaya (The Federal Administrative Center of Malaysia).
Been there twice this year. Even during lunch time the restaurant seem empty. So it is easier for you to pick the window seat that overlooking the Putrajaya Lake. Food especially the rice portion is generous. Taste is ok for me. There's no cloves or cinnamon stick inside the rice portion. Pasta is ok too.. Nothing extra ordinary. Hummus not bad. Its iced lemon mixture drinks need to be labeled properly as it is soda with lemon and other ingredients. Service was fast but not so friendly. Please note that the restaurant is cash term only, no credit card.

Absolutely the best kebab ever eaten. Spiciness of the kebab is very succulent. All dishes are served in big servings, which is a good deal considering the price is quite cheap. No doubt that they are very generous with serving their food. The kebab will always be my favourite.
