Reviews on Cafe food in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. The cultural hub of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is visually defined by the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, which, at 88 stories high, are the tallest twin buildings in the world and a vision of modern architecture. On the flip side, the Sri Mahamariamman is the oldest Hindu temple in Malaysia, its façade a colorful totem pole of iconography. Shopping at the Central Market is a joyful experience that involves haggling, handicrafts, and happiness.

We went to Leaf & Co last weekend for a brunch with our 2 young kids. The premises are very nice and the decoration and furniture right for the place.Unfortunately we were disappointed by the service and the food. The waiters/tresses are not bad but it feels like they don't really like their job...The food portions are a bit small and the 4 different dishes we ordered, although savoury were sweet! The coffee was good but very small serving again. So at the end, it makes your bill high as you have to order more if you want to feel full. Not the best place for young kids either...

Antipodean Cafe only uses quality coffee beans roasted at our own Cafes by Indonesia's top specialty roaster, Merdeka Coffee. Why is our coffee so good? Because Merdeka Coffee only purchases coffee beans directly from our partners, who are small-holding g
My friend and I visited Antipodean for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We enjoyed the Eggs Marlborough, Banana Butterscotch Pancakes and Avocado Toast. Food was delicious, service was on par and all around a great experience! Also brought home some treats to eat later âºï¸

English traditional afternoon tea and Sunday Roast
It was one rainy afternoon in Kuala lumpur and wouldnt be able to do our usual outdoor activities for the day, so my 7 year daughter and I went to visit Ritz Carlton Hotel to experience their famous afternoon tea that has been well reviewed. We went there around 2:30 in the afternoon and asked if we could make a reservation for me and my daughter --- I was met by a young man who later on went inside to check with his Manager to process the reservation.A lady went out to me -- we were nicely welcomed and said that the Lounge usually opens at 3:00pm and we were 30 minutes earlier for the said afternoon tea. But to our suprise, she said --- "I can sometime break the rules and will allow you to have the afternoon tea since you are already here. Anyway, its just 30 minutes away". That was so kind and nice of her.We were escorted to our table and she handed us the tea menu which was quite impressive. I chose to have the famous Ritz Carlton tea and cold chocomilk for my kid. She then instructed her waiter to prepare the food and drinks for us. Minutes later food and drinks were served and she continously go to our table to check on us if theres anything else that we need. I highly commend Ms. SALLY CHEAH -- the Lounge Manager for being so kind and made the whole afternoon experience a memorable one. The place is beautiful and luxurious --- a mark of any Ritz Carlton standards. Beautiful quartet played the whole time we were having tea and this adds to the good vibes in the already beautiful ambiance. The tea: Hmmmmm practically not the best one from what I had before ... but the aroma was very nice. The food: Honestly, I was expecting too much from the variety of tea sandwiches scones and pastries. Iam sorry to tell that I was much disappointed. They werent as tasty or delicious as I was hoping for. Though of course, my kid liked the chocolate mousse -- but who wouldnt? But generally -- im not happy about the selection. I do hope that Ritz Carlton would try to check on this matter and improve the selection of food to be more appealing and delicious. But overall, my entire afternoon experience at the Lounge of the Ritz Carlton was something worth remembering.Dear Ricoy,Thank you for taking the time to post a review on your experience at The Lobby Lounge. I am happy to know that Sally's dedication to ensuring our guests are well taken care of has been recognised by you. That being said, Ricoy, I am sorry that we fell below your expectation on your selected tea and pastries. I will share this feedback with The Lobby Lounge team and work on ways to improve the selection. If you would like to reach out to me personally, you may do so by email at [email protected]. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to The Lobby Lounge in the future. Regards,JesseHotel Manager
