Stopped in while on a road trip. Knew that the options were slim on this part of Highway 49. We were greeted warmly by the young employees. Our waitstaff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The fried green tomatoes and fried catfish were excellent! The homemade pound cake was just like my granny’s and the sweet tea...... well, THAT is how sweet tea is supposed to taste!!!!! We will return when we are in the area!

Good donuts but get there early because they run out early. So get them while there hot.My wife loves the jelly donuts.

Sunday through Friday there is an alternating lunch buffet from 11-2 for 8.99. Friday is fish buffet and is 11.99.
Our first visit was for breakfast on Monday, which was excellent and filling. That is when we learned there was a lunch buffet. So we went on Tuesday for chicken and dumplings day. But there still was fried and baked chicken and many other offerings along with a salad bar and desserts.
I liked the cabbage and beans, fried chicken, roast beef with gravy, and squash.

We had a lunch for 15 family members on Sat 7/30/16 some were from out of town including Atlanta GA and Houston TX. The lunch was for my 91 year old grandmother, Mary Pressley, who grew up in Wiggins along with all of us.
The manager that day was amazing! He was kind, professional and caring. He brought desert to my grandmother and the children! The staff were fast, friendly and extremely patient! I thank you for showing a well run business that still has kindness, tasty food and professionalism!

The oldest, and only locally owned/operated, pizza place in Stone County! Our dough is made fresh each day in the store and we still cut our fresh veggies by hand! This is an old school "mom and pop" place with a chain name. We seat 140 with plenty of room for groups. Our buffet is open Mon-Thursday from 11am-2pm & 4:30pm-8:30pm. On Friday and Saturday, buffet is open from 11am-8:30pm, and on Sunday from 11am-2:30pm. We have a great, fresh salad bar and will gladly take your request for a special pizza on the bar. We do not serve alcohol nor allow smoking. Built to be family friendly, we offer a a game room, movies, etc. Front door handicap parking and large restrooms. We are proud to support our community, having given over $1,000,00 in awards and support to schools, teams, groups, etc. We have celebrated our 25th Anniversary since the opening in January 1992. Our first visit to this cute little family run business. When we first opened the door we immediately noticed the guns welcome here sign and were greeted by the friendly cashier. The salad bar is very good as well as the pizza and desert pizza. If you don't see something you want they will make it for you. The service was awesome. Not very often do you get great friendly down home southern people like that. We will most definitely be back!

Where else can you get a fried bologna sandwich? The Frosty Mug has been in Wiggins forever and consistently serve good food.

Placed the order asking specifically for dark meat and they put in all white meat which my husband won't eat. I called them when I got home and they offered to replace the meal. Being handicapped the drive thru is my only option so now when I go there I always check the order before I leave the drive thru window.

I had a great lunch today at serendipity. I had the daily special which inlcuded a grilled pork chop, greens, rice and gravy, sweet potato's and a slice of cornbread. I had sweet tea to drink. Everything tasted delicious and I will be returning. Before the meal was served, we were given a small cup of potato soup. The soup was flavorful, but, cold. If you are in the area, I do not think you will be disappointed.

We stop in here Several times a month. After living in South Texas many years we know a good bit about Mexican food. Perico's is right at the top for authentic! Prices are reasonable, pleasant wait staff. They serve beer but no alcohol.
