Relax and unwind at the luxurious Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Whistler Village, host mountain resort of the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Named by Conde Nast as the 10th top resort hotel in Canada, the hotel is steps away from the chairlifts of the legendary Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains and offers an array of world class restaurants, stylish boutiques, and buzzing nightlife at our doorstep.
Nice hotel and amenities. Friendly staff. But, be aware that extracting money from guests is the game in town. While the room rate may be ok, the parking charge per day is rediculous. Restaurant and room service not available until 0800?!

Unbelievable location and views. Unbeatable service. The shoulder season is a great time to visit. Not too busy. You get the pools and sauna to yourself. The Gold experience is worth it. Food and drink are pricey, but that is the case everywhere these days.

Perfectly perched at the base of both Blackcomb and Whistler Gondolas on the Village stroll, Pan Pacific Mountainside is Whistler’s best address. The super easy mountain access and valet ski and bike storage is highly appreciated by our guests, as is our heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs. Choose from 121 well-appointed suites featuring full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, oversized windows and spectacular valley or mountain views.
We stayed at the Pan Pacific in Whistler for 4 days and had an amazing time! The suite we stayed in was amazing and the hotel amenities were great but the best part was the staff! At a time when I’m sure good staff are hard to find, the Pan Pacific has managed to hire all amazing staff! Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and pampered! It made a great stay over the top excellent! Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The P4 parking area was hard to find, but the elevator went directly from the parking to near our room. Room service and breakfasts were wonderful. The pool area was closed.

Wow what a wonderful hotel. Check in went smooth, secure parking and nice big rooms. Pool was great, hot tub was not hot at all, but fantastic views. Only disappointment in 5 days, pillows where way to soft, tweeked my neck. Cleaning staff were fantastic, overall 9.999 out of 10.

Stayed here for two nights while attending an event in Whistler. The property is located on the middle of the Village walk making it a great place to stay to explore town. Rooms are probably smaller than expected but they have everything you need to stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Great common spaces. Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi were being maintained so I couldn’t use them. Two items lower the rate for me. First of all, the hotel still maintains the policy enacted during Covid of no room cleaning unless requested. I am not sure how this became the “standard” but since most if not all Covid restrictions are gone, I believe this is being use as an excuse to cover for obvious labor shortages across the hospitality industry. The second one is the parking rate. I can understand why $40/day are charged in high season when parking is at premium. But in this shoulder season with the parkade used at 10%, with the high room rate paid per night, a lower rate or (why not) included parking would be my expectation. Fortunately, $10-15 day all day parking is available within walking distance.

This is a great hotel only a few minutes walk from Whistler Village with nice, spacious rooms with great facilities. We stayed here as a family of 5 (4 adults and one 15 year old) and found there was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was great and the dining area/lounge had plenty of room to eat and prepare food. Staff were great - friendly and courteous. One nice touch for the hotel is they waived the usual parking fee as we had a disabled traveller with us. Not all hotels (where they charge) have done this before. As mentioned the location is fantastic - it took 5 minutes to walk into the village yet the hotel is very quiet at night. Overall we would definitely stay here again if visiting Whistler.

Couldn’t expect anything better. Wonderful place- quick walk to the slopes - and the kitchen had ample cooking utensils and a massive fridge. laundry room was excellent and the laundry pods were provided for free. We could use our own Netflix and Disney on the tv and board games and chess were kindly provided. We loved the cloakroom right by the door to hang our coats and pop our ski boots on the tray, and the view was spectacular.
