Whilst on holiday in Burleigh Heads recently (from the UK) I visited the Harvest Moon restaurant with some family and friends. The whole experience from booking, welcome, service, food and final goodbye was excellent.The food (we chose eight tapas dishes) between us was delicious. The owner was welcoming and friendly and the bar and waiting staff super nice.I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited recently.Seemed like a pub with restaurant prices.Drinks priced ok.Ordered the Grazing Plate and the Seafood And Eat It.Predominately deep fried, visually uninteresting and wasnât interested in finishing it.Other patrons who looked like they had ordered similar did not finish theirs either.Wait staff looked a little disinterested.Most likely would not return.Hi James thank you for the feedback, we love to hear from our patrons whether it be positive or negative. Weâve been going to Bin 12 for a while now and love the friendly service, the fact that the staff remember our names and drinks we like, it makes going anywhere else really quite sad as you donât get the same level of service elsewhere. The food menu is great and everything is tasty, even the eggplant! We often meet friends and have Christmas/Birthday drinks here and highly recommend.

We wandered in here for lunch one day, and since that day we keep finding ourselves coming back. We've tried almost everything on the menu, and it all has been phenomenally well prepared. The menu is small but imaginative. Get the lamb ribs, or the steak sandwich, or the pork belly, or the fried chicken, or the fritters. Who am I kidding? Get anything, it's all amazing. Service is fast and friendly. If beer's not your thing, they also have a great looking cocktails list, and wine, but I haven't tried any of them yet. 4 of us attaended for a weekday lunch. Great ambience with lovely views across the road to the beach. We ordered: Mushroom & Mozzarrella Arancini, fabulous. Salt & pepper Squid, tender & flavoursome. Roasted Duck Spring Rolls, superb. Sticky Soy Pork Belly [this dish alone is worth going back for]. Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet [a delightful dish]. We couldn't fault any of the food or service here, it was a very enjoyable experience.
