315 Restaurant & Wine Bar has been home to Chef Louis Moskow since 1995. First as partner, and four years later as Executive Chef and Owner, Moskow was determined to offer native Santa Feans and savvy visitors a truly French experience in a city overflowi
Early reservation meant waiters were not sure who would wait on us, the bread basket bread was cold (at refrigerator temp), and, oddly, the fish was overcooked branzino. Mediocre service. Mediocre food. Would not go again.

Welcome to the newest wine experience from Hervé Lescombes and family. Melding the family's French and Algerian roots with the rich culture of Santa Fe, this new wine bar serves local craft wines and an array of thoughtfully paired food.
I went to Herve this evening for music by David Geist. The wine was good. I thought the food was surprisingly good. David is a wonderful paint player. It has a wine bar type of atmosphere - a bit up scale, but friendly and welcoming. I would feel comfortable going there alone.Hello Marty, We are so delighted you took the time to try us. Come visit us soon. You can count on everyone of us doing our best!
