Find out what Wine Bar restaurants to try in Pompeii. Pompeii is a Roman town frozen in time, thanks to a devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Explore houses from modest to majestic; see Roman shops, baths and brothels; or apply your high-school Latin to the graffiti that's still visible on some of the walls. End your visit at the Villa of the Mysteries, and try to interpret its amazing, bizarre frescoes—scholars have debated their meaning for years.

This is located just outside Chiesa/Chiostro di Santa Chiara so it's great convenience-wise if you're visiting the churches around this area of Naples. The staff were friendly and the food was alright. The portions were very big but the frittura I had was a little bland.Perhaps a bit more imagination could go into the accompaniments/dressings for some of the dishes served?

This place deserves its high ranking. Exquisite fish and seafood imaginatively prepared and beautifully presented. Friendly and welcoming service. Donât expect huge portions but for us it was a pleasant change to have small plates of delicious food. The best meal of our two week road trip around Puglia and Campania.

Would highly recommend eating here when in Pompeii. This is the best meal we had whilst in Italy - the pasta with sage and butter sauce was outstanding. The boar soup was also great.I'd recommend booking in advance as I don't think they open every night.Very laid back service but great food.

Lovely views of Mt Vesuvius, great food, great wines. Our waiter seemed rather disinterested in our group of 4 but everyone else was good, the tour guide was great. It was definitely worth the money and we all had a great time.

In the heart of Naples, about Spanish district, you will find craft beer!!! Which is Neapolitan, Italian and European beer... Quite lot styles, to make easier find something special for you!!!
Saw this little artisan bar on a YouTube guide and tracked it down. Not only is it in the fabulously exciting Spanish Quarter but the beer is good too. Obliging staff and truly international clientele. Worth spending some time there to see who wanders in!
