L'ambiance est chaleureuse dans ce bar Ã vins de banlieue. La carte est prometteuse et les assiettes sont assez gourmandes et plutÃ´t rÃ©ussies : poÃªlÃ©e d'escargots, saint-jacques snackÃ©es, risotto crÃ©meux, et lÃ©gumes de saison nous ont ravi. Moins rÃ©ussis Ã©taient l'oeuf croustillant qui ne croustillait pas vraiment, et le turbot Ã la texture molle et gorgÃ©e d'eau. Bon Paris-Brest en dessert mais cocotte au chocolat bourrative et sans vÃ©ritable intÃ©rÃªt gustatif. Tarifs Ã©levÃ©s, vins y compris. Attitude un peu hautaine d'un serveur mais service globalement efficace.Sans valoir le dÃ©tour, Cocotte et vins est un assez bon restaurant.

We stumbled on this place on a cold January Tuesday evening. There weren't too many in, but we persevered as the menu looked interesting and very bistro?Not to be disappointed, the welcome was warm, the food great and the wine a joy. Standouts were the tomato tartin, the beef which was excellent quality and very well cooked, and the assiette de fromage, a delight. All round good place with enough franglais to get us through! A recommendation. Enjoy!
