Really average brasserie in the centre of Mulhouse . Food was ok but nothing special and you can have better value for money in the area . Good selection of wines by the glass but a bit expensive

This is a great wine bar with a nice atmosphere and ambience. We enjoyed a glass of red wine each and a platter of various cheeses and bread for 19 euro which was great value. A lovely place to relax with good food and drink, we will certainly return!

We stumbled on this place while looking for a dinner restaurant in the centre of Mulhouse. The place is boisterous and has more the feeling of a bar than that of a restaurant (fair enough, given its name). The service is friendly, but haphazard: we could not quite manage to order what we wanted. I must admit that this was partially a result of our limited French and their non-existing anything else than French, but still ... What we got was well prepared and tasty, but slightly expensive. Wines are exclusively by the glass and the description on the chalk board that serves as the wine list is lacking most details such as producer or year. Having said that, the wines are from decent producers (at least those we've tried) and are reasonably priced. Still, for a wine bar they don't take wine too seriously. Champagne is the excellent Duval-Leroy for a fair 7 EUR per glass. My impression is that the place opened relatively recently and is currently an "in location". It is a fun place, but to survive in the long run, the service and wine selection should be professionalized.
