We have been visiting this place for over 7 years, each year we get a warm welcome and great friendly service. The wines are great and food is of a high quality. A great ambience, drinking wine, relaxing, enjoying good conversation with views of the sea, perfect!Josep and all his staff are great, they make you feel really welcome which is why we return. Highly recommend this place for a visit though some patience may be necessary during busy times!

We discovered it while walking towards another (better known) restaurant in L'Escala. We fell instantly in love with the decor, the fact that it is also a wine shop, and the whole feeling of the place. We got in and were lucky enough to get a table... and were so happy to be right! There are many small dishes to share. Plenty of variety of tastes and styles. All delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we gave it another go a couple of days later. Equally awesome. Plus their advice about wine was just brilliant. We'll visit again in September!

Visited here with my family, we had local cheese and tomato bread te first time, both were great. Second time we had the mixed meats, kids loved the fuet and the smoked duck breast, really lovely plate a food washed down with a nice chilled white wine. Nice ambience in the place and the staff are friendly. Well worth a visit.
