Nereo Ballestriero is a masterchef, creative, genious, kind and nice chef. The chef whose aim is to maximise the quality of the local product, seeking excellence in everything he does. When you have a business open from dawn to set (7am to 23:30h) you need a passion for the exquisite cuisine. He surprised us in every dish from beginning to end with fresh, light and delicious combination of anchovies, pasta, carpaccio, Barney and trufa, octopus, vegetables, everything. Despite the number of dishes, everything seemed so well orchestrated that we enjoyed every bite. Torinese also won Italian Gambito Rosso Award in 2010 and 2014, so we can guarantee they know how to make the best illy espresso and other coffee preparations. It was definitely a delight to all senses and we're sure we will come back. Palmanova is also a nice town near Trieste and Udine.

Wow. One of the best dining and drinking experiences of my life. I went with a local who knows the very "characterful" owner and had a magnificent meal, book ended by a magnum of amazing Champagne (opened with a sword) and a Magnum of Moscato at the end. In between we were treated to wonderful charcuterie, aged rib steak beautifully cooked and then sliced and great sides. The wine with dinner was an excellent selection (again magnums) of local white and red wines, aged and delicious. If you are in the area(or even close) this is more than worthy of a side trip!!

Out of the main road, we discovered it by accident. If you want to discover where and how local people eat, this is the right place. Homemade products, homemade wine, excellent cuisine and very friendly stuff with very limited knowledge of English are the main features of this place. Its very basic but very tasty and cheap.

In dirittura d'arrivo per il Sepolcreto (a sinistra dopo questo bar), poiché la giornata calda lo richiedeva mi sono fermata per sosta bevande e sono rimasta compiaciuta dello stile del locale, una sorpresa....."antica Roma".

Situato non lontano dal centro di Cervignano questo locale rappresenta una valida soluzione per passare una piacevole serata.Il punto forte di questo locale è sicuramente la vasta scelta di vini; infatti consiglio vivamente di fare un aperitivo con dell'ottimo vino.La cena non è sconsigliata di sè e per sè, anzi, ma penso ci siano posti migliori (quanto meno per l'idea di cena che ho ioCiò non toglie che la qualità del cibo offerto era notevole, quello che cambierei un po' sono le porzioni (un po' troppo misere forse).Prezzi super onesti e vini molto buoni.

We were received very friendly and enjoyed an attentive service. A lot of informations about the vine and dishes without being too much. We enjoyed the big degustation menu with fish and seafood. All courses were wonderfully arranged, fresh ingredients and nicely composed aromas. The accompanying wines went very well with the courses and are offered for 10⬠plus on the price on the menu.The restaurant is decorated with a mix of a few antiquities and modern furniture. The grey peint, stone of the original walls and wooden roof give the room an elegant and warm touch. We highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening to enjoy high class Italian cuisine for a reasonable price (sure it is not cheap). I hope this young team will gain more and more guests what they deserve.
