We have dined at PAON three times--all have been excellent experiences. Recently had excellent grilled lamb salad, very good salmon & tuna tartare, very good veal sweetbreads, and (you have to ask for it) excellent foie gras $30. One disappointment was the stilton cheese dessert plate: while it had wonderful complementary food (eg walnuts, etc) the cheese itself was disappointing quality with no veining and not creamy. One night we had Kevin as the server who was very good. Corkage fee $25. Both inside and outside dining. Highly recommend and will return.

Loved the different catches of the day...sea bass, mahi mahi, etc. and the fish tacos. Also have nice kids meals with steak and other options if your kids aren't into seafood. Some unique items such as shrimp corn dogs (try them!)

Ignite is a casual and friendly bistro, offering American Cusiune with a little flair. We have a fabulous patio to dine on and our dining area inside has a wonderful mountain side view. We have a full bar, both on the patio and inside with handcrafted coc
I scheduled a NYE dinner for my husband and I here bc it looked like a cute romantic local spot. We made early reservations bc we had plans later for the night. We were barely greeted by our waiter & honestly if this were based on him alone, I would give this place one star. He was so short with us, didnât even acknowledge that it was a holiday. No talking through the menu or special menu. There wasnât even a smile on this guyâs face when he was talking! He disappeared after dropping off our dinners & my husband had to physically get up from the table to find another waitress to fill our waters. Youâd figure that word would get back that heâs been neglecting a table but nope, he took forever to come bring us the check. I understand that itâs a holiday... but thatâs when your staff should be EXTRA accommodating, holidays are where the big tips come into play. Unfortunately for this place, the server put such a bad taste in my mouth, it wasnât the indulgent start to the new year that I was hoping for.
