We went there on a hot August evening. The place has good atmosphere. Lights, decoration items including the laughing Buddha, Flowers and frames are all good. Staff is attentive and friendly, except a bit insensitive. Food tastes good. portions are satisfactory. Since I described one negative point about the staff, I must elaborate the background. Since it was very hot, we expected at least the single fan to be pointing towards the customers having their meals. Instead, the person in charge of the place was sitting with the fan pointing towards him and we were sweating profusely. Still they did not have any sensitivity towards that. That's the only negative point we found. Overall a good place.

***In my opinion there are to many uncritical reviews in trip advisor. I hardly give very good or very bad reviews, since there is always space for improvement.***Pro- (at least a bit) original menu (not the cheap Asia-for-Germans-stuff)- tasty dishes- authentic but not to kitschy furniture - good price for the delivers quality Cons- the frying oil smell is very present - could be a bit cleaner

Hello everybody. If You wanna have a beautiful and authentic evening the Viet Wok is a great alternative to the typical European food! The restaurant is close to the city of Stuttgart (Theodor-HeuÃ-Str.). I think round about 10 minutes walk!It isn't a really big restaurant and if you are in front it looks not really modern! But inside the Viet Wok is a typical flair with authentic food and really friendly Vietnamese employees. As a starter I had a Vietnamese spicy soup and as a main crispy chicken! As a dessert try to drink a tea like Vietnamese style! Was delicious and the prices are not really expensive! If you like Vietnamese food it is one of the best adress in Stuttgart!
