This place is a hidden gem. While the service is sometimes spotty, the food is a delight. I really like the chicken and rice plate. The noodle bowls are good and have plenty of chicken and noodles. You can't go wrong here...
We've tried a few Pho places and decided to give this small restaurant a try. The restaurant is very small and it does get busy around noon. The Pho Tai was just average, mostly because the broth didn't seem very rich. The spring rolls also were not that great, a bit dry in fact (even after applying peanut sauce). The waiter was a nice guy who was very attentive, but overall, the food was just average, for what we ordered. I'd go back to try some other dishes no problem.

This restaurant is conveniently located in a strip mall near residential homes. The broth of the Pho noodle soup is very tasty (not too salty for my palate) and portion sizes are reasonable. They also have rice plates, which are also very good. Staff is friendly.

The place was packed on a Saturday night, I got take out. It took about 15 min (as promised). The fresh spring rolls were perfect and dipping sauce divine. The Beef Noodle Soup with Sliced Steak was just OK...the noodles were fabulous, the sprouts, basil, jalapeno and cilantro were crisp and fresh. I thought the broth was lackluster, seemed dilute and lacked that typical Pho saltiness and flavor that should make you savor the broth. The sliced steak was more like roast beef that was at least 50% fat (my dogs enjoyed that part). I will definitely try some of the other dishes and see if things improve as it seems like they have all the ingredients for success.
