Came here for lunch after shopping at the outlet mall. Weâre always so glad to find a Vietnamese Restaurant wherever we go. It was lunch time and the restaurant was packed solid. Service was good, food came out fast. Weâre Vietnamese so weâre picky about the foods, some dishes are good, some not quite to out taste but I wouldnât called it bad. Definitely would give s solid C to the place. Restroom, however, needs to be improved as it was not the cleanest and it was a bit smelly.

I just spent $20 on a rice dish and the portion was very small. Be careful with the ambiguous notation in the lunch menu. For example, shrimps (about 6 pieces) will cost extra $2 in additional to a $15 rice dish. The similar dish at Pho Saigon City in Pleasanton costs half, larger portion and comes with soup. This was my first and will be my last time eating there

This is a sweet little vietnamese place in a strip mall in the Springtown neighborhood of Livermore. The menu is really quite extensive and had a lot of vegetarian options. We were quite happy with our meal. And the folks who run the place were very nice and friendly. I don't think of Livermore as much of a happening place for food, but Sai's totally hit the spot. We end up in Livermore a time or two a year and we'll be back!
