A great little spot overlooking a private beach with a great a selection of food and drinks. I would recommend going for sunset and ordering the traditional savoury Vietnamese pancake! Hands down one of the best dishes Iâve had in Vietnam.

I avoided this place because I thought the lights were tacky and almost missed out on an excellent meal. Very fresh food, best fried calamari I had on the island, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Much better than crab house (which was a disaster) or paradiso on sao beach. Also had Vietnamese fried spring roll which was good. Iâm sure it would have a lot more reviews if it was along the busier part of town.

A small unassuming cafe in a back street, Benz is going places. The owner is passionate and talented, cooking simple food in an open kitchen with extremely fresh ingredients and food to rival any of the fancier restaurants in the vicinity. Authentic, welcoming, incredibly reasonably priced with a diverse menu that suits Asian and western tastes. Plus great cocktails. Please support this independent... it really is a little gem.

The location is excellent, whilst eating your meal and having a drink with your toes in the sand very relaxing. We were staying close by for 5 days, and ended up coming here every day at least once for drinks and eats. Great at sunset. The staff was friendly and, of course, became more so with recognition each time we returned. Considering the beach location, the prices are very reasonable (compared to other beach restaurants close by) and the food was tasty - we only ate local dishes - why eat a hamburger in Vietnam?

Went for a late lunch s we were going to a nearby sports bar to watch the cricket. Ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the Vietnamese Pancakes both were excellent. Also tried the Banana Spring Rolls, which were surprisingly very good. Service is excellent and also really good value for money.

Visited this restaurant twice whilst on the island. Both times extremely great freshly BBQ'd fish. You pick your fish from the 'stall' out the front of the restaurant and they BBQ with your choice of sauce. Amazing red snapper I would highly recommend.

Lovely, lovely food at this restaurant which is designed more like someone's lovely home rather than a restaurant. With great views and a lovely breeze just off the ocean. We had the steak plus some local Vietnamese dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection, and accompanied by superb breads, local pepper salt, the loveliest touches and great service. Treat yourself to a meal here, you won't regret it.

When we ate here there was an error with the order and I received my starter which was a large bowl of soup late. They then tried to give me my main course immediately after. I asked them to hold it until I had finished. Despite all of this the food was all absolutely delicious and we thanked the manager for this. Would definitely recommend.

What a little gem!!!Highly recommended, we went twice and the service and food was fantastic!Family business, very friendly and delicious food. A mixture of traditional vietnamese and western food, perfect for picky kids! Tofu lemongrass noodle bowl and chicken satay was our favourite. We also got a burger, fresh spring rolls, french fries and sandwich.Do yourself a favour and drop in! Beer is cold and the juices are delicious.
