A taste of South East Asia with a focus on fresh, local produce. Think big steaming bowls of pho & laska's, whole coconuts, bubble teas cocktails, Asian beers, sake bombs, fresh colorful dishes, healthy and tasty, lighthearted and most of all FUN!
Pretty good beef pho and veggie laksa. Although the prices are a little higher than usual for these dishes. They were both delicious, the spring rolls were good too, the kids werenât that impressed with the prawn fried rice they found it a tad dry.A nice meal, always busy compared to surrounding restaurants.Good morning hpb75,Thanks for taking your time to leave us a good feedback! We glad to hear that you enjoyed our Pho and Laksa noodle soups. These two are our best selling dishes made fresh everyday by our talented chefs. We're surprised that you found our prices are a little higher as we also known as one of the main establishments within Darwin for our reasonable prices and food quality. And that should be a reason that you see we always busy compared to surrounding venues :D We looking forwards to see you again at CHOW soon ! Best regards,EvelynRestaurant Manager

Good however when it finally came was pretty good Hi cal1133,So sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable evening and my sincere apologies for your delay on food and drink on the night. Apologies its taken me so long to reply to your review we are only just getting our log in reset and I am seeing it now for the first time.I certainly cant recall the evening in exact detail being quite a while ago now but i can assure you that this is certainly not the norm as you can see by all the other reviews we have had recently.I sincerely hope you'll come back and give us another go in the future.kind regards,Tristram WinterGeneral Manager

My husband and I shared pork spring rolls which were delicious (thereâs pretty high standards after visiting Parap and Nightcliff markets). We also shared Curried chicken Lemongrass and chilli, which was nice. My sate [Satay] seafood combination was expensive but when I received it I completely understood why. It was full of fresh seafood, and I mean full! There was more seafood than Vegies! I enjoyed the fact that they donât have an extensive menu, I find it more attractive in an eatery as usually they do those things well. We chose this restaurant over Mallow (Thai) across the road who has page after page of choices purely on this basis. I donât mind the $2 per glass BYO charge but some people might.

Service is efficient, chef is efficient given the high turnover of clients. Centrally located on Smith street, this is a popular Vietnamese restaurants. Prices are 1$ cheaper at lunch time. Try to avoid this restaurant on public holidays or pay a 10% surcharge. Food is good, flavours can be a little odd, for example the Xia Bao was a little too salty (maybe a lot of fish sauce). The food is served hot and straight out of the wok. Lots of space, car park at the front or walking distance from Coles.
