Rule #1: Know how to pronounce PHO!Phá» or pho[1] (pronounced variously as /ËfÉËr/, /ËfÊ/, or /ËfoÊ/;[2] Vietnamese: [fÉË˧˩˧]**FUH**Rule #2: When going to a Pho Restaurant, Order PHO !Iâve only eaten Pho in 4 different restaurants, but this one ranks at the very top for several reasons. One reason was the service we received. Our waitress was not only efficient, but she was delightful. The place was clean and fresh. And mainly, because the Pho was quite tasty. My daughter ordered the chicken pho and I ordered the filet mignon pho. Even though there werenât many pieces of filet in mine, it still tasted great. This was her first time to eat Pho, and there wasnât a drop left in her bowl. Unfortunately, they were out of the bottled beers we ordered, and since all the drafts were IPA which neither of us like, we ordered red zin. It went fairly well with our soups. We also ordered the Thai Tea. It was, of course, very sweet so we considered it our dessert. We would certainly go back.

We shared yummy jicama rolls, brown rice mixture with forbidden black rice, fresh veggie stir fry, and another great dish. The Mint Leaf has only 14 tables, and because the food is prepared fresh, I didn't think the wait time was too long even though they were very busy this Friday night.
