We showed up with 4 adults and 4 kids and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I have a son with a nut allergy and they were very patient when answering my questions about their use of peanuts of potential cross-contamination.The food arrived promptly and was steaming hot. My only critique is that the texture of the noodles wasn't exactly what I usually like. Theirs were too soft and I like it a bit more chewy.

My wife and I visited for the first time a few days ago. Noodle dishes are always a favorite especially when we can share. We were not disappointed with our beef noodle selection and the effort to accommodate our senior needs. Next time we will try another selection.
I hadn't eaten much Vietnamese until a recent trip to Hanoi ... and then I was hooked! The BBQ flavours and the balance between sweet and salty make nearly every dish super flavourful.Since coming back I've tried a number of Vietnamese places in Durham, Toronto, and Ottawa. There are some good ones out there, but Good Pho You is the best one I've found. It's one of the few places that has my favourite dish: Bun Cha.I've been a few times and everything I've tried has been great. The Bahn Mi sandwiches are about the size of a 6" sub on a light, but crispy bun. The spring rolls (fresh and fried) are great. The Pho has a very fragrant broth ... you can really smell and taste the star anise. They have a number of variations of Bun Cha. All have the traditional vermicelli, lettuce, vegetables, and a light sauce that balances sweet and salty. The meat options are chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, etc. It's a very solid dish with a nice balance of flavours. It's a small, casual place in a commercial plaza. There's maybe seating for 25-30 people. The owners are very friendly and just getting started with this restaurant. If you happen to be there at a peak time, the service can be slow because there are only two of them.I will definitely be back!
