Reviews on Turkish food in Bamako, Mali. One of the fastest growing cities in the world, Bamako sprawls across the flat plains to the north and south of the Niger River, with the Presidential Palace overlooking from the northern escarpment. The city is a major port, home to Mali's largest international airport and the Dakar-Niger Railway. Bamako is also a cultural hub, boasting multiple museums, a zoo, botanical gardens, the Bamako Grand Mosque and the Cathedral of Bamako.

Fadl food est un établissement de restauration rapide alliant qualité, variété et bon prix. Fast-food, pâtisserie, smoothie, café
It may look shabby and questionable from the outside but the chicken shawarma tastes like an angel cried on your tongue. And the food is basically a steal...or what about a tasty spagetti bolognese or a succulent beef shawarma for 1000 CFA? One tip though, go easy on the pepper sauce...the clerk will probably ask you if you want a garcon (boy) or a fille (girl) shawarma. Chose the girl if you don't fancy an instant facial sunburn and would prefer avoiding farting flames the following morning!

Went here to have dinner on the recommendation of comrades. The owner is Turkish and offers a good selection of Turkish food at very moderate prices. The food itself was excellent and I would definately recommend one of their starter "salads" to begin with. All in all a very enjoyable meal!
